Having bought 2 vehicles from here we have always been satisfied with the sales department, but an experience yesterday with Anthony, the service department manager, was beyond deplorable. We live in another county and called before we made the trip to pickup the Jeep after an oil change and routine maintenance. We were told the Jeep was ready. When we arrived the front tire was flat, but the first words out of his mouth were arrogant and excuse riddled. Our displeasure shifted from the flat tire to being insulted by Anthony. He refused to discuss a solution, turned his back while we were in mid sentence, and walked away thus leaving the problem totally unresolved. Not acceptable!

It was a great experience. Desmond was very helpful. I got the vehicle that I really wanted.

My 2013 Dodge Durango struggled intermittently to start with the push button. I took it to Chronic Dodge in Griffin, GA to be serviced. I told them ahead of time that there were forums online with hundreds of other owners having the same issue. After 2 weeks they said the vehicle was ready and it was just a low battery in the key fob. I insisted that they look further because it was not a key fob issue. I reminded themThe vehicle will start sometimes but not all the time. I even told them the issue other Durango owners had discovered which was a failed TIPM module. I even had video of the issue. They refused to look further and had me pick the vehicle up because it was working fine. I drove home turned the vehicle off and when I left an hour later the vehicle didn’t start. Just as I told them it would eventually not do. Their customer service is horrible and the staff is rude. The mechanics depend solely on the diagnostic codes to service their vehicles. Now I am back to square one with a vehicle that can leave me stranded at any moment. DO NOT SERVICE YOUR VEHICLE AT CHRONIC DODGE IN GRIFFIN!!!

Bad review! Cannot evaluate service though. I had to make an appointment a month ahead of time. I take my only vehicle on time but for 2 days it sat there never touch. And I had to call each day to ask about the status. They never said it would be late. So I went and picked it up. Im a regular customer for four years. This is the way they provide customer service? You decide.

I came from Florida to buy my jeep gladiator there at Cronic.There was a particular trim package/model and color that I was looking for. I have purchased multipack oil changes since we bought our Chrysler Town and Country 4 years ago. The express oil service is always quick and dependable. The staff is pleasant and very helpful when asking questions.

The service of Ms Lorna was not excellent but good. The service of mechanic was a 1 star. Plus they kept the paper that show they had put the vehicle on the machine to find the problem And told me they could do nothing because it was locked. What does that mean? The dealer cant repair a leak because its locked?. Whats locked?

Worst experience of all service centers. All I needed was a 10 second Scan for warning light. Larra said way to busy. No time frame just toooo busy. Wont be back. Junk service center.

Recently bought a an overpriced truck from them. They did not budge on the price and actually shorted me on the trade in value even though their website trucar trade in value was 175 dollars higher. The cars were not clean and our salesman could not find any of the trucks we were there to look at. We found our vehicle by a happy accident. Absolutely fell in love after looking for weeks so we purchased it. Would not recommend.

It took 3 hours to change oil and rotate and balance the tires. I know they are having trouble finding techs to work.

Looked through a bunch of the reviews on here and just wanted to clear something up. The car buying experience was great at this dealership. The salesmen I worked with were not pushy at all and were very open to working within my budget even though the car was just outside my budget. Thats a lot more than I could say about the 7 other dealers I went to on my car search. I cant really speak to any of the reviews about peoples specific car related issues, but the used truck I bought was in great condition. They had just installed running boards the day before, and they didnt factor that into the price since I scheduled an appointment before they were added. The one thing I would mention is dont get your car washed here, they dont really do that great of a job. Better just to get a gas station drive through car wash right off the lot.

Every time I visit this location to get my car serviced, they deliver fast and friendly service.

Please for Gods sake dont deal with these people. 3 times they conned me into coming down to their dealership. The first time there was nothing they could. Contacted me later to tell me they could help me. Went down there again to look at a challenger and agreed to purchase it and they sold it out from under me. By far the worst dealership I have ever had to deal with.

Been trying to contact someone to cancel my Gap insurance and have only gotten one response. Can not get anyone on the phone or to answer how much money I am getting back. Also they sold me a truck which 2 months before I bought it had the airbags deploy and they didn’t tell me anything about it.

I noticed that my turn signal blinker was going quite fast indicating that I had a bulb burned out. I didnt want to get a ticket, so I took my Patriot to Cronic to have the bulb replaced. A new tech said they were too busy and I would have to leave my vehicle or come back. That wasnt an option. I spoke with Kimberly. She found someone who was available to replace the burned out turn signal bulb. From the time the technician got my vehicle until he drove it out of the shop after replacing the bulb, it took 11 minutes. A big thanks to Kimberly. She saved me from possibly getting a traffic ticket.UPDATE 19 Jan 21: Took my Patriot back to have an oil change. I was told that it would take an hour and 45 minutes to two hours to have that done. Usually they have me in an out of there for an oil change between 30 and 45 minutes. It took an hour and a half. I was a little disappointed that it took twice as long as usual.UPDATE 3 Feb 21: Prompted for another review. I havent been back to Cronic since I had the oil changed.

He claimed he did not have our number despite having a long text message conversation making arrangements for purchase of the car. After driving over an hour, check for the vehicle in hand and receiving shoulder shrugs and I dont knows we saved our time and left. If youre looking for a good ol bait and switch, poor customer service, hoping to catch a fresh case of COVID since no one wears makes inside, or just plain looking to waste your time and money, then these are your guys. This place is a joke, and the punchline is on the sales floor

Just brought a friend to get a new to him truck!

We went here last week to try and by a Cherokee.   The sales person was nice and tried his best to help us.  The manager howeve, was not helpful.  We told him our monthly budget and he would not get within even $100 of our budget.  He told me he could put me in another Renegade, I told him I didnt want another one, I wanted something bigger.  He basically threw his hands up and said he couldnt help us. Every time Ive bought a car, dealerships do everything they can to get you in a car. I dont think this guy wanted to sell a car that bad. We purchased a Cherokee from another dealership yesterday and they worked with us to get what we wanted, and they were appalled when we told them about how Cronic acted.
