With SmartStyle limiting the amount of staff they have, its important to be patient while others are ahead of you. I was pleased with my results and was included in conversation during my time there. I believe it was Ann, very nice lady and loves doing hair - 5 stars otherwise.

Thus was a horrible experience. I arrived 18 minutes early, and I was told,, YOURE EARLY AND WELL B WITH YOU AT NOON. and they proceeded to talk on a personal phone call and laugh. I wished to have high and low lights, and was told, your hair is too light and we wont do it. But well talk at noon. Rudest people I have ever been around

I dont recommended them, I walked in and i had a check in and they told me it was sooo busy. and there was only one person in the salon.
