If I could give Kenneys Collision Center 10 stars, I would! I was new to the area and was unsure who to trust with my repair. I had already used another company to fix the damage to my bumper, which occurred by an uninsured motorist that hit and damaged my car. Unfortunately, it was a very bad repair and Kenneys had to not only fix the damage - but simultaneously clean up another dealers mess! I could not be more pleased with the results!! It looks like a brand new bumper! And, they charged me less than the original dealer as well. Kelly and her crew also had my car finished ahead of schedule, which was great - given that I was without a vehicle. I cannot recommend them enough - and will definitely choose Kenneys Collision for all of my future needs. Now that I am getting settled in the new area, I also now have someone I can recommend to other as well! GREAT JOB!!

Kenny took his time to help find what I was looking for in all of his locations. My car was clean and in the best condition. He always answered all my questions and in person and over the phone. If I ever need another used car I would do business with him.

I have had many estimates done at other body shop and have always been given a copy of the estimate from the body shop; however, Diane Ridgeway, at Kennys Collision indicated that I would have to contact adjuster for a COPY!! When she did my walk around and mileage calculation, as a good customer service representative, the customer should have been informed that they DO NOT give the CUSTOMERS a copy of the estimate for the repairs that THEY gave to perform. If it is a policy of Kennys Collision, make the CUSTOMER aware upon initiation of service. Customer service is all about communication and lack there of. Diane Ridgeway may need to check her TONE when communicating with the customer as it can be PERCEIVED AS RUDENESS! She needs to understand what the customer is potentially feeling/ going through due the UNEXPECTED EVENT/ ACCIDENT that lead to the customer needing their services! I am going to assume that she did not have ill intent but It was hard to tell during my phone conversation and in person. I heard than KENNYs collision was the BEST in Griffin; however, my first impression did not reflect this GREAT REPUTATION! Hopes it gets better!
This place is great. My insurance company recommend them and I got my car back in great condition and in a reasonable time. Smooth transaction. They called to update me on the status of my car and always answered when I called to check on it. Highly recommended place of business. Thank you guys.

Looked at a for sale vehicle they had on their lot. They dont even get them emissions condition because they actually stated Spalding Co doesnt require them so we dont even look in to any problems of dash lights on, sensors not working,etc. Not cool. A car lot should not limit or discriminate to any out of count buyers like that.
I didnt use the collision center. I bought a vehicle from the auto sales. Great customer service. Byrom went well out of his way to be helpful and make a good sale.

My boyfriend and I got t-boned in our 2002 maroon Impala. It completely smashed the passenger side door in, it dented the rear passenger just a little. The person who hit us insurance sent us here. Kennys did an amazing job. The door looks brand new, the paint matches exactly. They even vaccumed out the car and cleaned the rims. Awesome job, highly recommended.

Byron is the best. This review is long over due. I purchased my car from him in 2015 and he let me pick my own payment which was 150 every 2 weeks. I couldnt do much since my car insurance was 200 something since Im under 25 and working at McDonalds making under 8 an hr. I have a Kia optima 2004 (silver) and I love it. Whenever I needed extra money in my pocket and couldnt pay in full of my monthly payment he would be there for me and let me pay whatever I had which would be about 30 dollars off my payment plan. He understood my struggles and for that I greatly appreciated him because I never had enough! But I went through with my word and he understood me and my situations. He was THE BEST person you could deal with in kennys collision. I paid my car off and he knocked about 150 off because I always went through with what I had planned when it came to payments. I always kept in touch with him. This is my first car and its MINE because its paid in full. I loved the fact that he worked with me through my struggles. If I were interested in another car id definitely go back here. I purchased my car in 2015 and it was paid off in 2017. I LOVE BYRON. Plus hes cute lol this a great place for business and they care about their customers. Im not making this up for them to look good. Im serious. I am a black female whom is now 23 and my car is still running smoothly. If you need a car, I would pick them. No other place has that southern hospitality that we need and all other places are money money money but at kennys its love! THANK YOU BYRON FOR ALL YOUVE DONE FOR ME!!! If you didnt do what youve done for me I wouldnt have my car and I have much love for you on that. Thank you so much!

Wouldnt recommend full paint and body work. Expensive but done half ass. Really bad over spray on expensive rims and glass. Promises you the world but gives you half. Better off going to maco then this location.
