I have been here for about 3 years and it’s the best apartment I have ever lived in, by far. I am so pleased how the inside of the apartments look and how spacious they are! I also have to give a shout out to the 2 office ladies, Cynthia and Kimberly, for always being so kind and courteous to my son and I since they’ve been here. Kindness goes such a long way and it’s hard to come by.Give vineyard hill apartments a chance if you’re looking for a nice place to live for you and your family!

The ladies in the front office is amazing great people and very hardworking believe in getting things done thanks Kimberly and Cynthia you ladies are awesome!!! Also want to give a special shout out to Franklin he’s awesome!!!

I have lived here for 10+ years. The office staff is always warm and welcoming. The maintenance works hard on keeping the property beautiful. I love having family and friends over.

Maintenance always does a good job when called out there, the lady with the black hair has always been a sweetheart since we moved out here in February. I would like to thank you for every assistance we’ve ever needed. However, there is this new lady who is the meanest and rudest black lady I have ever met, she’s just rude for no reason.

Really appreciate the maintenance here. Those guys are sincere in doing a good job. Maintenance came to my daughters apartment while we were feeding her dog while she was out of town to fix a leak in the sink and while he was in there he went ahead and checked all the toilets, tub faucets and sinks. I thought it was very admirable to do that instead of just what he was requested to do. Way to go maintenance (I didn’t catch the guys name)

Proud resident over 10+ years, great neighborhood. Very diverse! Staff at front office are wonderful, this is new management and I love them. Maintenance is very quick with their orders and are professional. Franklin is the best! Hes so nice and if you have a work order and he seess something else hell fix it and even check smoke detectors and CO2 detectors before leaving. Willing to help! Grounds are clean, and nicely maintained. Great place for families! School district is phenomenal...

I have been living here for more than a year now. The staff is great but my neighbors not so much. The trash at the entrance of the community, bothers me terribly. And everything inside my apt, squiks. Stairs, doors, floor,etc...If next door its taking a shower, we can hear

I rated a 4 out of 5 because I have not had the opportunity to tour the property, however if the property is as nice as the staff then I would DEFINITELY rate this place a 5 out of 5.I just applied here and Im praying praying praying that I get in. The two ladys that I spoke with in the office are EXTREMELY nice and helpful. I just relocated to this area from Florida for my new job and thus far finding a new place in this area has been the hardest process ever but Im feeling confident about this one. Even if I do not get this place the great vibe that I received from the leasing office staff would cause me to recommend this location any day. WISH ME LUCK!!

I enjoy living at pine hill the management has improved tremendously since I originally moved in. Nice clean 3br 2.5 ba with all appliances included.
