We came home yesterday evening to discover our outside unit was not turning on. I called and spoke to the answering service who said she would contact the service tech and he would be in touch. 90 minutes later, I called back and she said, he still hasnt contacted you? let me check on his status. By 11pm, we still had not been contacted. Im okay if the service tech couldnt come out last night. That is understandable. Im just not sure why Wright-Bilt list 24/7 service, but then cannot make any attempt to let the customer know what to expect. A simple, quick call back or text letting me know that he couldnt make it or it would be 2am before he could get there wouldve worked, but to leave me wondering is poor service. Disappointing based on the positive reviews theyve received. We will have to look elsewhere for the repair.
Came back from vacation to our AC unit not cutting on and tripping the circuit breaker. After calling a couple different companies (who couldn’t come out for a couple days) we called Wright and they came out same day. What other services were going to charge us JUST to come out and look at it was the overall total cost to not only look at our furnace BUT to fix the problem. I highly recommend them over any other company in town. Will definitely be using again for any and all problems when it comes to our unit.

I had replaced my thermostat-not a big deal right? Well, the wiring was not done properly but that didnt take but a minute for their tech Mr. Moore to figure out! Then 2 weeks later-the outside fan stopped working! Again same tech(I asked for him) found the a/c capacitor was very old and had retired😳Replaced and cold air was flowing once more! Professional, kind and knowledge is why I will call them again if need be! Thank you so much!

I have a four zone mini split ductless system in my basement that was not cooling. I tried to take the cheap route and reach out to random people online who were giving me seemingly random quotes and diagnosis without even showing up. My mother-in-law insisted that she had always had good experiences with this company. She has been using them for years as her go-to maintenance people but I was skeptical that they were knowledge about Mini Split Systems...I reluctantly called and spoke to a woman who took all my info and concerns and said she would pass them on up and that I would receive a call back. I thought for sure I would never hear back but I got a call back in less than an hour from Gary.He stated that he is a field supervisor and has experience working with Mini Split Systems and explained some potential problems, solutions etc and he scheduled an appointment. Due to the nature of the work/repair, he did have to make a couple trips back after the initial appointment to monitor and confirm things. He was great a communicating via text/phone calls. He was able to honor his original estimated cost of labor and I feel confident about the work - especially with the one year warranty. Gary went above and beyond and provided advice about my central air system for my home as well.If the rest of the employees are like Gary then I definitely recommend this company! :)

Tyler was very professional and courteous. He took his time in servicing my furnace and explained what he was doing. He obviously has high standards as his father has.
I find it odd to have a maintenance program to help prevent repairs but end up needing repairs anyway. Wright Bilt installed the heating/air system in my brand new home in 2015.Every year there is an issue. Naturally, we contacted this company because they installed the system. We even payed for maintenance program to help prevent issues. There is an issue every year. And to make matters worse, the technician don’t want to wear mask. If you want quality service and a company who respects your health, don’t choose Wright Bilt.
Never got a call back. Went with Coolray for my install and got a life time warranty on a new Carrier unit.
Always great service. Rob was the tech that repaired my AC and had it cooling in a few minutes. This is my 3rd time using them and will definitely continue to do so. Rate was $179, quite fair and reasonable.
Our units are old. However they work efficiently for our house. The last visit by Tyler was extremely thorough and the air conditioner is working extremely well. Also, we know if there is a difficult problem Gary will be able to solve it! I would recommend your company for new installations as well as repairs and maintenance.
I have used Wright-Bilt Systems for installing my own heating and air and was very satisfied. Five other companies told me what I needed could not be done but they found a way.A friend wanted a recommendation and I passed their name along. One technician came out but felt the owner Tom Pyle would have a better take on what needed to be done. He got Tom on the phone right then and made an appointment for the next day. Tom came out and days later provided a detailed quote for the work.Very pleasant and talented crew at Wright-Bilt.
This is literally the rudest group of people Ive ever had work on anything anywhere. They were late... didnt finish the job...and were completely incompetent as far as contractors. I think most of the reviewers must be relatives or something.Rude Rude Rude... thank goodness I had another AC company come in and fix their mistakes.And dont bother calling, or emailing me a response. You didnt respond when I needed you, so Im giving you the same treatment I received.
Noticed after services that the outside pipe from the units into the house wasnt re-tape of open and damaging tape. also requested to check the pipes and air ducts for leaking air. the tech stated he didnt see any problems, but i was informed from a friend that he have to place his hand along the items to feel the air coming out. my friend stated its coming out.

Highly recommended to address your HVAC issues. Rob from Wright-Bilt was on time, professional and addressed the problem right away. Couldnt ask for more when your AC is out and the outside temperature is a sweltering 94+ deg. In addition, the charges were reasonable and they come highly recommended.
Wright-bilt installed all the hvac in my subdivision 10 years ago when the houses were built (townhomes in Newnan) and Ive had a maintenance plan with them for years. Much to my surprise after I called another company to get a second quote on replacing the coil they said was bad, the other company found this txv bulb not mounted, apparently this should be mounted directly to the big line at the bottom and insulated because its needed to measure the freons temperature not the attic air!!! Very disappointing. The other company says that the system will never work properly this way, yet wright built has been coming twice a year checking this system and havent fixed it!!
My leasing company hired this HVAC company. The repairman showed up on time and fixed the air conditioning quickly.HOWEVER: Over the phone, we were assured that the repairman would wear a mask, and it was even requested that my household wear masks. The repairman (who did not introduce himself so I dont have a name,) showed up without a mask, claiming he has COPD and cannot wear one. This is unacceptable behaviour in these times, and if we have further HVAC issues I will ensure that this Wright-Bilt is not hired for us again.
Furnace stopped working one morning. Was told by another companys tech that was system was old and needed to be replaced. Called Wright-Bilt for a second opinion. Turned out the only problem was an incorrectly wired thermostat (a thermostat that had been installed by a tech working for the other company, mind you). Problem was quickly resolved, price was very reasonable, service was excellent. Many thanks to JT and everyone at W-B.

Installed a new system for heat and air, all new duct work and new returns in a 40 year old home. Did a great job. Workers were courteous and clean. Love the new system. I would recommend Wright Bilt to anyone.
Paid $4400 for a new Carrier system. Handler and heater pump. 3 years later it’s not working in height of summer. The unit is under warranty. I call to get service and was told it would be 79.00 for a service call but everything else would be covered under warranty. Technician gets here and tells us $179.00 to replace a $25.00 compositor!! $179.00? So I call the office as I was told $79.00 for service call and everything will be covered. The new lady on the phone tells me the service call is $69.00 plus labor but she doesnt know pricing because she has to speak to the technician. So let me understand this correctly... You don’t know how much it is to replace a compositor in a warranted unit the you installed? How much is the service fee 69 or 79? Is the labor 100? Does the service go towards the labor?I am paying $179.00 for labor ( because the compositor is under warranty)to replace a compositor that takes 2 minutes? No sir! 179.00 for labor? I told them to leave!! No offense but that’s unprofessional.I seriously thinking they make up prices as they go. Waiting on a call from the manager.
I was very impressed with the service I received from this company. I called them due to a burn smell inside the house from the heater. The technician Fred came on time, was professional, friendly and educational. He was here over 2 hours, he checked and cleaned my unit, went under my craw space for a thorough inspection of the duct works and not only was he able to determine how badly they were damaged from the mice problems I had in the past, he was also able to check my plumbing/electricity to make me feel at ease. He recommended a new unit but did not pressure me. A couple days later a sale rep came to my house to give me a quote on a new unit. I can’t thank them enough for their expertise.

Purchased a new home and within one month of moving in the AC froze over and leaked all over my ceiling. The system does not cool or heat the house well at all. Its almost as if some of the vents arent even connected to the system. We called another AC company out and they confirmed all of our AC issues were linked directly to the poor installation from these guys. Not to mention the fact that the unit is too small for a house this size. Would not recommend.

Called wrights built systems inc in Griffin. Tyler spoke with my husband and instead of charging us a over night fee he talked us though until he could come out in the am. By 10 am the next morning Tyler came showed me what the problem was and explained someone was on the way to help fix it . Mark showes up explained same thing went over new unit prices due to our unit is over 20 years old. Let me say there was no pressure at all with anything he explained. They tried to work out deals with us to fit our budget. Very professional and i would recommend to anyone.
I had the pleasure to meet Randy Chaatain and Jasmin Cardenas who came out on a service call today. They were both professional and thorough. They actually found a Gas leak that we had no clue of. These two had actually left my house and returned because they both thought it was the right thing to due. You can say they possibly prevented disaster from happening. I see it as a Life Saving Event!!!!! Thank to the two of them we can sleep peaceful tonight due to their due diligence. Hats off to these two individuals. My gratitude goes out to you both. I would gladly recommend Wright-Bilt to anyone. I called on Saturday night and they sent someone out by the next morning, when our heating system stopped working. My technician, Fred Williams, was very professional, and even took the time to teach us how to better maintain our homes HVAC system and to keep it running smoothly! Its nice to know that there are still companies out there that offer honest, reliable service at a fair price. They also offer plumbing services and air duct maintenance, as well as yearly maintenance plans for your homes HVAC system! It definitely gives me greater peace of mind, knowing that reliable help is just a phone call away!

AIR CONDITIONER was intermittently freezing up. I contacted Wright-Bilt and was fortunate to have Mark check my system. He was the most knowledgeable HVAC tech that I have ever had service my HVAC. I was very impressed with his knowledge and explanation of the problem. Also when I called to set up a appointment, the lady that I spoke with was very friendly and helpful. I really appreciate Marks attention to detail and their fast response. Thanks for great customer service.
This company may actually provide amazing service, but their conflict resolution skills with the public are subpar.I called to complain about one of their workers, Fred Williams who harassed my daughter at her place of employment. She accidentally dropped a tissue getting into her car. My daughter, who had had dental surgery the week before, battles Crohn’s disease & asthma, and was trying not to get wet in the rain. Nevertheless Fred Williams, who was driving the company vehicle, knocked on her driver’s side window, then aggressively with his key on on her windshield causing the window to crack...he demanded she pick up the paper or he’d call the cops, but because it was raining she refused. He then begin to tap on her windshield with his key so aggressively, it caused a crack & he continued to harass her as she tried to drive off. He then goes in her place of employment & demand she be fired because she tried to “run him over with her car.“ He also called the cops and filed a false report. His company was notified, did not return any of my calls, but instead gave my number to him where he the texted me and threatened to file harassment if continued to call his job. To my knowledge, no resolve and no reprimand...they actually may provide amazing service, but their conflict resolution skills with the public are subpar.

The person driving this vehicle was very reckless. I felt bad for the other person who swerved out of his way to avoid an accident in Fayetteville today. I wouldn’t want them working on my home. How you carry yourself when you think no one is watching says a lot about how one would conduct business.
