He is so honest and true that he first encouraged me to go through my insurance to fix first because my phone has a very expensive screen 😩. I needed a new battery for my phone. They said it would take an hour and they had it done in 30 minutes. Very nice people. Give them your business.

My phone wasnt charging properly and I thought I needed a new charging port. Turned out it was just fill of lint. He cleaned it for me and didnt even charge me anything. I will definitely go back when I need something fixed for real.

These guys are great. I first used them last year to replace my phones charging port. The work was fairly priced and completed quickly. I just recently came in for something else, and they went above and beyond with figuring out and addressing the issue. The communication was consistent and very straightforward.

Knowledgeable, ethical, conscientious! Took LG V60 to them for a video-chat mic/speaker problem. They advised it was a motherboard-type problem & that they could not fix it...they didnt want to charge repair fees needlessly when they couldnt guarantee success!

I would like to take this time out to give a HUGE shout-out to iDapper Phone Repairs..They brought my phone back to life. I took my phone to a company to have them repair my cracked screen. When I got the phone back the home button wasnt working. After two weeks of them having the phone they had stolen parts out of the phone. I traveled to New Orleans and while there I brought my phone to iDapper.. Needless to say they did an amazing job at getting this phone back to its original form. They replaced the camera, speaker SIM card reader, replaced missing screws hardware and all kinds of other stuff I didnt know. Thank you sooooooo much for your great customer service and excellent tech skills. You guys are top notch. I would definitely recommend any job to you hands down. If youre in need of great work check these guys out you wont be disappointed. Again thanks iDapper for your hard work and dedication.

I’ve been here twice a year for the last 3 years to have repairs done on my both my phones and my kids phones. Each time I’ve come they’ve provided excellent service in a timely fashion. I don’t know where this guy came from, but I’m happy I found him.I stumbled across this place when a friend recommended it and I’m not going anywhere else.He fixed my phone in about 30 mins and was like 40% cheaper than other repair shops. Went to see about getting a cracked glass fixed on a Samsung Galaxy S8+ phone. Gino was working the counter helping a couple of other customers. Before even talking with him I could tell he was very polite and helpful by his other conversations. Spoke with him after a few minutes, agreed to leave the phone for him to fix, and he texted us when it was ready. Phone looks brand new and very pleased to do business here. Excellent customer service, professional smart phone repair. I brought my iPhone X in there and i thought it would never work again with how cracked and beat up it was. I owe a HUGE thank you to Gino and Cesar at Idapper repairs for coming through for me when my cell phones screen started to look like a Rorschach test. I called every place on the Westbank and nobody had a replacement screen in stock for my S7, but these guys had one brought over for me! The cherry on the metaphorical sundae is that they were cheaper than all the other places.
