I visited several storage businesses and this is by far the cleanest facility I have been to yet. The floors were very clean and it looked very well maintained everywhere else. The person at the front desk, I believe her name is Melissa, was very kind and very knowledgeable. By far the most pleasant storage business I have ever been to. When a unit opens up in the size I need, I will be renting a space from there for sure!

Mr Allen was a very gracious and very customer friendly General Manager/Sales Representative! I live in the apartments next door and every time I see him doing something to improve this location outside when I am riding by I make sure I beep the horn because of how he treated me as far as being a customer! I really appreciate it!

The senior manager Allen Wilkinson is so helpful and very honest.We were so tired after unloading our U-Haul from driving here from Florida we left our TV outside of our unit. He found it and locked it away for us in an extra storage till he could reach us. Thank you so much for your honesty and going the extra mile for us!!

While we were loading our storage unit sweating bullets, Allen drove up to us in his golf cart to check up on us and gave us 2 bottles of cold water! Hes so thoughtful and courteous! Im glad I came back to this location for my storage needs.

The manager,Allen,was so super helpful,kind& courteous the first time I went in to check out the facility,that I didnt need to shop around or look any further! Great experience! I even went back to rent another unit 2 months later& not because it was conveniently located near me,I went completely out of my way to give them my business..and again,have zero complaints..just praise! According to online ad, customers reserving storage space receive:1/2 off 1st month rent10% retail priceAlso 10% Active duty military(if applicable)When paying move in fees, system failed to render any discounts; informed by agent military discount not applicable with retail discount( I produced verification email to dispute but to no avail.) Later in the day, management issued discounts; however, unable to receive active military discount. Is this not false advertising!!

We had a pleasant experience. Very nice and helpful gentleman operating the office. Our climate controlled unit was clean and easily accessible, we hate to leave them but would use them again for any storage needs.

It was our first experience with a storage company. Both Bobby and Allen were so patient and helpful, answering all of our many questions. The storage area was very clean we felt safe to leave our belongings there. I am great full to them for making this transition easy. I would recommend Cube Smart to any one in need of storage.

Personnel very helpful, able to provide right solution to a potential problem without any hassle. 24 hour access allowed us to complete our unloading without worrying about time constraints. We now have to schedule our move from storage and we are anticipating that access to, removal and loading will happen without issue.

The cubes are air condition and very clean, no rodents which was a concern of mine. Plus the lowest prices I could find with climate control. I went crazy looking for a painting I thought I lost while moving. A week later, desperate. I asked the guys if anyone found a tube with paintings in it. Allen the manager said he had been holding on to it when he found it outside, waiting for someone to come in looking. I almost dropped to the floor. I was so thankful! Anyone else would have thought it was trash left behind. I recommend this storage.

TRESSI, the Location Manager is excellent, she is willing to go very far, to help make your experience Great, I truly appreciate working with her, she definitely understands Great Customer Service!!!Was at the Location this week again, 09/04/19 having to pay my storage Bill, and see about getting more competitive rates for my 2storage units, and Michell, the area assistant manager, was there doing some other work, along with the other very nice and helpful young lady that works there, not Tressi, who is the Store Manager, but I worked with Michell and the other young for about 30mins, and was totally happy with the results of my visit, Michell was totally wonderful in her gentle, determined approach to getting me the results I desired; this is truly a great location, both ladies at this location are fantastic, the company seems to care about Providing Great Customer service, which does not come easy in this world today!!!!!

We usually use public storage for our storage needs but this time we chose cubesmart. Everything was great until we moved our things out and discovered it had mold and water damage. Contacted Allen store manager lagged on filing my claim to the point we had get a copy of the paperwork and file claim ourselves. Before filing ourselves made numerous attempts to contact him with no phone call back and in turn the insurance co. denied my claim citing manager report stated couldnt find a roof leak. I dont know what insurance co doesnt send its own adjuster to view property just a managers report. This is not good business practices. I suggest anyone looking for storage facility to find another storage facility. I also had pictures of water spot and holes on roofing insulation where majority of my property got damaged is in the same particular spot. But no leak found... Find another storage facility
