I got an estimate from Ed for a large Birch tree that had died from beetle infection. He came and looked at it and told me exactly what they would have to do and gave me a price. The one problem was that they were booked until December. But he told me that if he got a cancellation he would call me and schedule.I was very worried about waiting until December because the tree was already dropping limbs. I had already waited 7 months for another guy who had canceled numerous times.But, this October, Ed texted me that he had a cancellation and if I wanted he could be here at 8:30 the next day.He and his crew were right on time and worked to remove the tree with care for my and my neighbor’s property. This was a large Birch I guess about 60 years old. But they removed the limbs, trunk and sawdust without any mishaps. It was wonderful to watch.If you need this done and are trying to decide who to call, this is the company.

We used Eds Arbor Care twice in the past 6 months. First we had 4 large Cottonwoods, well over 100 feet high removed along with a 40 foot Pine that was growing right next to our foundation. We also had a Plum tree planted for us. The wood was cut into 18 segments and put into a pile and all of the branches were mulched and removed. The guys came out, did their job in a day and half and answered questions for me about other ideas for my yard to think about in the future. It was such a great, professional job, that I immediately hired them to cut 3 trees at my sons house that were threatening his foundation. The price was better than any I could find, and I doubt someone couldve done a better job as well. I give Ed and his crew my highest rating. Thanks Ed!

We were quoted a big job and we didnt think it would go that easy. Well, it did and way better than we can ever hope. Fast, clean, right size team and left no trace behind. Edward and his crew did a great job pruning our over grown Silver maple and birch trees. They look like totally different trees but in a good way and make our front yard look much more appealing. Would recommend their services to others.

SERIOUSLY, LOOK NO FURTHER!!!!I called Eds Arbor care in my pursuit to get my yard over-hauled from the overgrown 70s look to a fresh slate where I could create a fresh new look.. Ed not only answered the phone (the 2 other companies I tried, I just left a message) but he was in the neighborhood and asked if he could come by for a look and general bid. He showed up and literally was the nicest guy, just like a great next door neighbor and I soon found out his whole team was just as nice. I had no doubt I wanted Ed and his company to do the job. We set a date and not only did they knock out the job, which consisted of complete hedge removal, a shorter hedge removal, large oak tree thinned out,several overgrown bushes, rhodies, and other odd overgrown bushes in my front yard but they did it in record time and pinpoint accuracy. We also added quite a bit of extras after the fact that were no problem for this team to do. They also REMOVED every bit of evidence they were even here. AMAZING clean up after the fact!!The stump grinder crapped out but a week later, here comes Ed and another guy to finish the job they werent able to get done that day and finished it up.While here the first time, my neighbors across the street were so impressed they hired the crew that same day to clean out some very large trees. My next door neighbor got a bid and 2 days later another neighbor came to our house to get the name and phone number of this AMAZING local company!!! Did I mention REASONABLE rates??? We had multiple large (50-75) pine trees in our backyard that we wanted out because I felt they were unsafe, and they were making a huge mess. Jason from Eds Arbor Care came out and did the initial inspection and quote for the removal. He was very professional, extremely knowledgeable, and did everything he could to keep the cost as low as possible. He offered a couple different options with different price-points, and ultimately came in under a local competitor in terms of cost, and was definitely more helpful and personable.He followed up with me multiple times between the bid and the day of the removal to ensure all our questions were answered and that all our concerns were addressed. Jason and his team arrived on schedule the day of the removal and worked hard and efficiently all day long to safely remove all the trees.In addition to the removal, they cleaned up the site as best as possible, and even cleared out a decent amount of debris that had been in our yard for longer than I care to mention, at no extra cost. The trees were surrounded by power lines, fences, houses, and sheds, and not one piece of property was damaged.I would certainly recommend their services to anyone in need of a friendly, professional group of guys to assist them with any tree-related needs (I cant speak to the landscaping aspect, but I imagine they do a great job there, as well).Thanks again for the hard work!
