Horrible Customer Service. Even when shown that their billing software was incorrect. They still maintain their error. Not only were they not able to satisfy customers, their lack of training (Which they charge you for upfront) for their agents was so bad that Quality Tests Calls from us resulted in Agents not even being able to state what we do!Do Not Use. Grow In-House or Find Another Company. I should have listened to the lack of response from the sales agents and onboarding process as huge red flag didnt and paid the price.When presented with the fact that their bad service ended up costing us over $2K --they made no attempt to offer credit or mitigate the situation.It amazed me how those who purport to be in the Customer Service Business fail so miserably at it.

This company illegally records people without informing them that they are being recorded.
