I went in to buy a charger for my phone and had completely forgot that I switched phone providers but they still helped me and treated me with just as much care as they would AT&T customers. Went in today to upgrade an iPhone and was wowed by the great customer service we experienced. It was quick and painless, a good time too. The employee, Mayra, was amazing at her job. We set up a new phone for me, and we even set up my old phone to give to my mother. Which was awesome, Mayra was so much help, I hadn’t even thought of that myself! My mom was happy, I was happy. It was rad. This store is always a pleasure to work with and I am glad you guys have some of the best customer service I’ve experienced when it comes to phone sales.

Waited 45 minutes to pay my bill. Kiosks dont work havent in 2 years. The manager Anthony checked me in. Then went and sat down and worked on his computer. It would have taken 2 minutes to help me. He was more interested in putting people on a list than to see why we were there.

Tried to buy a new iPhone (upgrading from the iPhone 8), needed to go to the physical store to handle the different new iPhone models. All of the display iPhones had been stolen so they told me to go to Best Buy if I wanted to look at them.Once I got back to the store and made my selection the workers tablet and card reader did not function and it took well over an hour to checkout.Lastly when asking detailed questions about how the trade in promotion worked and wanting to know if I could payoff the in total cost of the phone vs having a payment schedule. I was told I have to call customer service to find out, called and they said that I had to buy the phone first before they could tell me.Felt like I was being hustled and I hope I don’t need a new phone for a while because that sucked.

If I could give this store a 5 and customer care a 0 that would be best.If Michael was not here I would have lost my mind, I paid 3 times for prepaid service over the phone and 3 times no service.It took me three hours to finally lose my cool and go to the store and it took Michael more than an hour to fix my issue after he was hung up on by someone at again customer care if they cared I would not have had to go to the store to get my issue resolved.Thank you Michael.

DON’T GO TO THIS STORE FOR YOUR BUSINESS!!! Sales person named Mike was EXTREMELY rude as soon as he realized I was there to find out why my service wasn’t working in my area. He would ask me questions and talked over me as I was trying to answer and wouldn’t let me finish. When I confronted him with his rude behavior, he stood up with an aggressive stance to look down on me and proceeded to tell me that this was “his store”. I felt threatened as he was now in my bubble. And the store manager did nothing to de-escalate his actions.ATT Corperate needs to know that a guy like this is representing their business and I can only hope that there is some kind of investigation on Mike at the Gresham Station ATT as I’m sure I’m not the only customer Mike has treated disrespectfully. This happened 6/29/2021.

Very helpful for my mother in law as well as my 70 something-year-old parents. Getting my mother-in-law set up with her new iPad was a very good experience today in the store. Sales person Son spent a good deal of time with her making sure she understood what she needs to get going on it. He then later helped me upgrade my services and saved us some money. Husband went in to upgrade his phone and I was looking into adding some accessories onto my account. The lady assisting my husband told me only one person per rep was allowed into the store and when I told her I was looking into adding things on my account she repeated herself. There was 4 other reps just sitting and playing on their phones that were to busy to help me apparently. Out of 3 stores we went to looking for this phone I wasnt treated near as bad as she did

So recently when in and switch my surface from Verizon to these guys ever since then I have had nothing but problems with billing on my account.I have been down there multiple times to get solved managers say they will get things taken care of and I will see it reflect on my bill My bill comes the next month and it is even more than what it was the previous month and mind you I have unlimited everything.I was with Verizon for over 16 years I never had one billing problem only time I went to Verizon was to get a new phone.I would not recommend AT&T to my worst enemy This company sucks.So buyers Beware

Had bad experience with clackamas location manager and 122nd location finding out they’re not a corporate store and just poorly ran! Went to this Gresham location because I called before hand spoke with manager he told me to come in he wasn’t there upon arriving and we couldn’t get out free month pre paid comped for all of our troubles the last 30 days with AT&T messing up my girlfriends service like the manager had promised since he wasn’t there, MAYRA & SON were the only ones in the store and they still KILLED IT 10000% without a manager they advised us good advice to save us money / not losing any money just honest advice and their help with getting my gf’s phone service restored was AMAZING, they both helped us and killed it tbh don’t go to ANY other AT&T location unless it’s this one or a corporate one they’re amazing here!! Thanks again Son & Mayra 💯 only coming to this location from here on out!

Great covid practices in place, but an employee raised his voice and argued with me 3 different times when I was trying to express concerns about things we were told from another ATT store. I know it’s not on them for being told misinformation, but the way the employee handled the situation was extremely unprofessional.

I was getting a billion calls from telemarketers and he helped me get an app to block calls and its been a huge.

The guy who assisted in my upgrade, although he was fast & efficient, made the transaction feel like he had better things to do & was in a hurry to get us out the door. He was rude & impatient. My mom was with me & had some questions about her phone & he completely ignored her, as if she didnt exist. He didnt even acknowledge her questions about my purchase. If he had been at all attentive to either one of us, she would have considered getting an upgrade as well. If it wasnt for the fact that I needed a new phone, I wouldve left & gone to someone else.

Worked with Son and Jeremy down at the division location and it was a solid time. Provided what I asked for didn’t push random bs on me and we got things started up. Even placed my screen cover on for me since we all know those are a pain. Would definitely recommend these guys to help you get going

Literally the best experience I’ve ever had with AT&T! Went above and beyond to help with a multitude of problems. He was SO patient and explained things understandably and clearly, and my favorite part is he did so with a smile!

I was at the store for 2.5 hours and now billing issues, I was in such a hurry to leave, i did not realize i was charged $1300 for a phone that was my cost $600 after rebate and trade in., sales dude no wonder they sent you over here : i replied, you had the phone in stock i needed and that is the only reason I drove 10 miles.17 years 5 phone lines. calling regional director tomorrow. Went to three stores today, over billed, never been treated so poorly. these kids are clueless. I will not return to this store, ever. I will be filling a formal complaint. I spend 5 k annually. I asked about new sim card that was part of the discount and blew me off. found in box when i got home. Thanks for nothing....

Came in and it was crowded. Obviously no COVID restrictions in place at this store. I’m not sure if this is a reflection of poor management or ATT. I’ll go somewhere else.

The AT&T representative David at this store is awesome and was super helpful and got everything fixed for me. Over the past 3 days I had called AT&T Customer Service and sat on hold for close to an hour to dispute some charges on my bill that I was told I wouldnt be charged for by a different David a representative at the Mall 205 and representative on the phone told me to go back to the AT&T store and talk to someone there and that they could fix it for me and today I went there and a different representative at Mall 205 basically said they couldnt help me with anything until David got back on Friday but that another location might be able to help me. So I went to this location and David helped me no problem and I got everything fixed in less than a half hour.

Great customer service EVERY TIME I go in! when I have a problem And when I’m making a purchase. This will forever be my home store.❤️
