I had my first visit there today, and they were awesome. Very welcoming and friendly, and they did a great job on my cleaning. My hygienist Jody was awesome, and her gentle technique and positive affect should be commended. Dr. Shim was also very personable and thorough, and made great treatment recommendations. I’m a fan, and will keep going there for sure!

My crown appointment went great.I was comfortable the whole time, Dr Shim explained what he was doing throughout the procedure and the crown looks very pretty. His dental hygienist Susie was also great.I am very pleased and will be having more dental work done; my next appointment is scheduled.

Words cannot describe how amazing Dr. Shim and his staff are. I was days away from moving back overseas when I found out that I needed some major dental work done. I rely on reviews a lot so I wanted to leave a review for premier dentistry to help out people find a good dentist for them and their family..I knew I needed a implant so I started my search on the Internet. I finally decided And narrowed it down between 5 different dentist and one of them I had a coupon for $1000 off so I started with them. Having a good idea what it should cost they ended up giving me an estimate over $1000 to high. That figures. So I found other dentist but some of them didnt do the complete procedure so I wouldve had to end up going to a different office to finish up and I didnt like that. Others were just way too high and couldnt give me an accurate estimate before hand. And still others wanted to charge me for a 3D x-ray right off the top at our initial appointment. I never did understand paying somebody to give you an estimate. But I was pleasantly surprised at premier dentistry that there was no charge and unlike some of the other dentist who wanted to send me to a different office to get this x-ray they had all the equipment right there.Then I found premier dentistry who gave me the estimate while I was on the phone with them initially. They had one price that would cover everything no matter what it took. I was a little skeptical but I made an appointment and went in and to my surprise they gave me a tour of the back office including their CNC equipment and 3D printer. I was very impressed and decided to go with them.Since then I have had a number of procedures including the implant, a crown and in fact an implant replacement and I am very impressed. The front office was everything and more you could expect in terms of customer service. Very clear and very pleasant to deal with.Dr. Shim was very clear in how the procedure would go and actually kept me informed as we proceeded which I enjoyed because I am curious In all things science. And the fact that everything was done right there was a very big plus. I think it took less than 1/2 hour to manufacturer my crown on their CNC mill.All that said Ive been through a lot of dentist over the years for myself and my family of five children all grown up now and This is the best dental office Ive ever found and obviously I highly recommend them. I cant say enough good things about Dr. Shim And his staff.

Last week I had a very painful toothache which started on a Sunday evening. I called the office and asked for an appointment on Monday morning. I’ve been meaning to write this review for a little while now but have held of because I want it to include every amazing thing about this place and there’s so much that it’s overwhelming!!I’ll start by saying it had been about 10...TEN...long years since the last time I had gone to the dentist. I have terrible dental anxiety which only grew worse the longer I went without seeing a dentist especially knowing, feeling and seeing that I needed some pretty substantial work done. After doing a little online research I came across Dr. Shim at Premier Dentistry, and reading the reviews I felt like it could be the place I finally walked into.From the very beginning - scheduling and appointment, discussing insurance and even openly explaining my fear of the dentist and my history of an eating disorder that caused tooth decay, I knew that I found a KIND, UNDERSTANDING, SUPPORTIVE as well as no pressure dental office.Everyone at the front desk is so helpful and kind, Aimee the dental hygentist is incredible in every way. She even supported me getting into my “happy place” while laying back in the chair with my headphones on listening to my favorite music.Dr. Shin is equally as friendly and supportive. We set up a dental plan which is allowing me to get all the work done that I need in a timely manner while also at my own pace so I can make payments as necessary. It’s funny to think that I have literally been in that dentist office more times in the last month than I have in over 15 years total, and honestly, it’s such a positive atmosphere that I think I can say I ENJOY the dentist!Thank you from the bottom of my heart to the entire staff at Premier Dentistry. I hadnt gone to the dentist in quite a while (moving, getting married, having a baby, etc.) and I was referred to Premier Dentistry by a coworker and Im so glad I went! The staff were so friendly and welcoming! Aimee, the dental hygienist, was great and explained everything she was doing. Dr. Bradshaw was also very nice. I didnt feel judged or anything. He was very kind and knowledgeable! I love how they give you a sheet with all the work you need done, prices, and what insurance will cover (an estimate), but they let you go at it at your own pace and you dont feel pressure to do everything ASAP!

I have been to many dentists throughout my life and Dr. Shim and his staff have by far exceeded them all in my experience. They are all very friendly and they were very understanding of my concerns about both my sons and my own dental hygiene. No on person adores going to the dentist. I have in the past had much dental work in other dental clinics. I have now been a patient at Premier Dentistry for about 8 months. I have had the best dental experience of my life here from the start.The staff is pleasant and make you comfortable while you wait. The hygienist makes the teeth cleaning a painless and educational experience. I had to have root cleaning (plaining) after Dr. Shin did a thorough examination which can be rather painful but was not. All follow up for this procedure was carefully explained and I healed quickly.The dentist Dr. Shin is my all time favorite. He is a warm, caring dentist and highly skilled. Unlike other dentists I have had he does not try to sell you more expensive procedures than are needed to do the job right.I am scheduled again in January for my check up and cleaning.If you are looking for a great place for your dental care this is it.

Like any sane person, I hate going to the dentist. Theres no rhyme or reason to it, considering I get clean, sparkling white teeth, gum checks (with progress reports) and all of the other treatments that Im definitely not going to do at home. (I mean, come on - flossing twice a day? Who even does that?) However, Dr. Shim and all of his staff are incredible people, both as people and as a dental team. They make you feel welcome, remember small details about you, greet you by name at the door, and make it feel like youre truly being taken care of. 10/10 would recommend.

Awesome staff. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. They were also very informative. The hygienist explained everything she was doing and why. She also went over the possible reasons that my teeth and gums looked the way they did and how I could improve my dental care. On top of all that, it had been almost seven years since I had been to the dentist, and despite the poor quality of my teeth they didnt make me feel ashamed.

I was so happy to find this practice. Dr. Shim and his staff are super professional and fixed my mess of a mouth brilliantly. I had a number of old fillings that had cracked and had decay underneath. Dr. Shim was able to diagnose and treat the problem with great expertise. They also bent over backwards to accommodate my busy schedule to have the procedure done before the end of the year. I went here in Dec 2016 and for a cleaning in January 2017. They tried to get me to have my crowns from 1970 all replaced. I refused and went elsewhere. Be careful and get second opinions. Lovely office but I did not feel comfortable.

I had a great cleaning appointment. I always enjoy Kelly, she does a great job, makes x-rays fast and easy, explains everything well and is great to talk with. Also met Dr. Bradstreet for the first time. He seemed nice and Im going back to have a filling later, so Ill let you know how that goes.

They are very friendly, nice, and relaxed. They take their time to make sure everything is done right and at the patients speed. I didnt feel pressured into getting anything done specifically. Instead they told me which issues with my teeth had a higher priority and which ones a lower priority. Then left it open for me to choose what I wanted to do.I would have given 5 stars except they had a lot of technical difficulty with their tools. Hospitality was great but their knowledge of their equipment and technology seemed lacking.

For some that was one time terrified of going to dentist because of my childhood experiences, I have grown to not mind going and now do enjoy my experience from the first greeting until I step out of the office.I broke my front tooth VERY badly from an accident and not only did they take care of me and made sure that in the interim I would not have to be embarrassed about not having a front tooth at work but he made my implant look AMAZING! NO ONE even knows it is an implant unless it comes up somehow and I how them (because my story of how I lost my front tooth is epic).Dr. Shim runs a high quality and high performance team where customer service is priority and your best interest is what his priority is.
