Owner, Larry Lovlin, has always been very helpful and responsive in both watch and jewelry repairs and sales. He gives the kind of personal service that only a small business owner can give. He is totally trustworthy and his workmanship is of the highest quality. Kudos to Larry at Springwater Jewelers!

Owner, Larry, is an excellent craftsman and is a person of high personal integrity. Happy for him but sorry for me that after a long career he will be retiring at the end of the year. See him soon if you have any jewelry needs. He has great sales going as he reduces his inventory and you can be confident in any repair work being done with quality and fair prices.

I’m very sad to see the owner of this store is retiring. I’ve never seen or heard of this place and just started a job a month ago in another jewelry store, so general curiosity had me come in here. His pieces and quality are phenomenal! I was happy to leave yesterday with two darker colored opals, one created and one natural. I really hope someone in his family will take over and keep the store open, because this place is fantastic! I was told he is there til just after Christmas, so definitely go in and see what he has!

I highly recommend this jeweler. He was friendly and knowledgeable. He took the time to answer my questions and made me feel comfortable. I had a ring resized, and Im very happy with the work. It fits beautifully, and he did a thorough cleaning, so it looked like new when I picked it up. There are a lot of beautiful pieces, and estate pieces, at this store. Its a great shop, especially if you are looking for something unique.

Excellent knowledge of watch repairs and jewelry repairs. Personal and invested in us as customers from our first visit to our last visit as we repaired several pieces that had sat unused for years. Pricing was fair and reasonable, and the quality of work was high. I highly recommend this local business. This was such a better experience than our previous experiences with chain stores!

I tried to take my wife’s wedding ring in for repair but the jeweler across the street that I normally use was closed for vacation. I looked up jewelers and saw this one around the corner. After having Larry help me out I can tell you I will be back for my next purchase with him. He was kind accommodating and didn’t seem bothered to lend advice on a product that he didn’t build.Thanks

Im so glad I looked Springwater Jewelers up, because his business is awesome. I went in there today to have a ring repaired / resized for my wifes birthday. The price was more than fair, and he was very knowledgeable and polite. I also got another gift for my wifes upcoming birthday, but I dont want to put it on here in case she sees this. For that gift, he was also very fair with the cost, and the time to get it done is surprisingly quick.

This is a great little shop and Larry is very friendly. He is very honest and doesn’t play sales games like other bigger places. I enjoyed walking around taking a look at things without being followed around (don’t know about you but I HATE it when sales people do that) and when I had a question he enjoyed answering them. There are also some cool old clocks on the wall. I would go here again.

Ive been here once and I am in love. It may not be massive like Zales but Id pick this place over them any day. They are friendly, welcoming, their jewelry is outstanding and they have the most beautiful clocks I could only describe as magical.I also did not expect my ring resizing to be as affordable as it was.

I always love visiting with Larry at Springwater Jewelers. He is very friendly and very quick to change the battery in my watch! I love the fact that he gives a portion of the proceeds of his battery replacements to local charities.

I felt like I just got ripped off paying $20 for a strap replacement on a watch. I brought two Casio watches in along with two set of specific straps I previously ordered. The gentleman was only able to replace one and jokingly (?) said he was lucky he replaced the right set of strap on the one watch. Never again.

Very rude white haired man wouldnt test my diamond he just looked at it and said it wasnt real. Dont waste your time here.

I went in for an estimate on resizing two rings. The price was much lower than I expected so I left the rings with Larry that day. When I picked them up less than a week later, it was immediately obvious that he took special care with each item. The resizings are seamless, and the rings sparkle like nothing Ive ever imagined.

Larry modified an existing ring by attaching the settiing to a new band. He was honest and so helpful throughout the entire process. My fiancée and I couldnt be happier.

We are very thankful to Larry at Springwater Jewelers for supporting the local community. He regularly donates to the yearly fund-raising auction for Portland Lutheran School. He is extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and had my ring done earlier than the estimated time given. Price was very fair and lower than other etimates. Brought my diamond ring to this guy had the diamonds looked at to make sure they were secure he told me they were secure not even two days later had to replace the diamond that was lost the diamond does not even look like the other diamonds in my ring I told him that and he said oh thats the best I could do I had to paid him $115 then when I went to go get my sterling silver and I know the guy lied because I how could diamonds be secure and two days later the diamond falls out I think he did it just to make money off of me jewelry cleaned that is dirty and tarnished black he told me that he couldnt clean it because it is already clean I know jewelry because I used to work at a jewelry store and the guy was very rude I would not go back to this place
