When they took over frontier they jacked up my price over $50 without telling me. I called customer service to disconnect due to the price being so high and the rep told me they could give me a discount to help which made it the same as I had it before. A few weeks went by I got a bill without discount and called back. The rep informs me that the discount was unapproved by management again no one informed me. This reps tells me once again I would be able to get a new price due to some specials and once again that was a lie. I also tried to take off hbo a few months ago and they never did and kept charging me even though it was there mistake. Horrible company

Since Ziply took over, it seems that they started throttling the service. They came to my house and installed a large black box in my garage and since then, horrible internet service. Cant stand Ziply. I was happy with Frontier for 5 years.

My review isnt regarding this specific location, just the company as a whole. I would not recommend them to anyone! They have the worst customer service agents Ive dealt with in a long time. All of them have been awful. And the install has been rescheduled twice. And Ive sat on hold 2 hrs or more each time to reschedule. Dont use this company.

Waited around all afternoon for our installation appointment only for no one to show. When I called, they said the tech was there but had no access because no one was home. A complete LIE. They refused to send someone back out. Because I view this as a direct reflection of the quality of service they provide, I no longer had any desire to do business with them and canceled my order. Frontier SUCKS.

Why are u guys giving negative reviews about the internet service provider, I think it is the best thing on Earth is internet and I had it once for 3 months due to Changing houses due to construction, I think that it probably will work and, I was enjoying the internet Frontier offers and THEY ARE NOT LYING ABOUT THE DAMN PRICES, I think that it is awesome Although it glitches. The end.

If they could get a 0 star I would give it too them. Horrible customer service, ask them to come out and fix an issue good luck. They missed there appointment windows 3 times. Phone didnt work for like 6 months, it was fixed for like 1 week then out again. Wont drop there price either. Horrible will be switching anyway now.

We have been without internet, cable, and landline phone for 2 weeks now.. a frontier tech was even here a week later and a week ago now and we stop cant get anybody out here to fix it... Thats great customer service isnt it.. what a joke!

Last Thursday we called frontier to set up our cable, their earliest appointment was 5 days later (today) and they were going to come from 1pm-5pm and someone had to be home for the guy to come in the house and install the Internet so my boyfriend had to take a half day off of work. They were supposed to come and set it up TODAY but my boyfriend gets this text from them at 3:30pm saying they have to reschedule the appointment out for ANOTHER WEEK due to a DELAY. SO WE ARE GOING TO BE WITHOUT INTERNET FOR ANOTHER WEEK. Unbelievable. No wonder the reviews are so bad.

The rep that answered my call was weird, to say the least. There were minutes of silence between every question I asked. And when I asked if I can speak to someone else, he just transferred me to a random number that just hung up.!

This is the most horrid phone/ internet company I have ever dealt with. Good luck if you ever have problems because theyll tell you a technician is coming out and they never do - then when you call to see what happens they hang up on you.

Rescheduled my business install 3x! Then they couldn’t find me and I waited for customer service to fill at find me in their system to be told that there is no city called Wood Village in Oregon. Beg to differ. Seriously, these people are dense, the customer service is terrible and their install people are unreliable. I have now waited 2 5 hours blocks of time and STILL don’t have internet!!!!! They suck!!

I pay $60 /month for 25 MBPS... Consistently receive under 1mbps... I call and have it fixed for a couple hours.. then it drops back down.I would rate one star.. but I feel the bottom of the barrel should be reserved for Modern Day Satan (Comcast/Xfinity)

Absolutely horrible customer service. Long hold times and rude customer service when I called to cancel service this week. Also, they wont pro-rate your closing bill. VERY slow and very costly internet. We will never go back to Frontier after this.

They came out and dug up my lawn and filled the hole with gravel and got gravel all over my lawn. I would expect their customer service is top rate. Lol.

New customer or at least we were suppose to be. Had 4 separate contracted utility checkers (for Frontier, had to call the numbers on all of their vehicles as they are unmarked) come out this past week (without warning or any common courtesy knock) walked through my entire yard and backyard, driveway and spray painted all over not just my yard and driveway but ON my plants and our neighbors plants. When I did go outside to ask one of them what they were doing on my property, he began to yell and argue with me. I had to call the number on his vehicle to figure out who he was and file a complaint. Did not receive any notification from Frontier about anything. Fast forward to today, its installation date but no one showed up. Called customer service and was told they would have to dig a line (previous owners had fios so I knew that was lie) and was then told no one would be able to do anything until possibly 8/25. 20 minutes later got a call back from customer service saying that there wasnt an issue and it would indeed be installed today. 2 hours pass and its nearing the end of our time window so I call customer service again and ask whats going on. They look into it and contact local frontier dispatch who tells customer service there is no order for us. Customer service lady come back on and looks in to it some more and gets a hold of dispatch again because yes there is an order and it is for today. Dispatch then tells her they found our order but the technician went home early and they wont be able to get to us for another week. Worst part of the whole thing was we had already set up with our old internet provider (Comcast) to have today be our end date as we were suppose to get fios today. So I had to call comcast and explain the situation in which they saw as an up sale opportunity and I was stuck on the phone having to listen and deny all their offers in order to keep us. I am very tempted to just cancel the Frontier order. Had I known they treated customers just as crappy as comcast I would have never switched. Customer service should at least waive the installation fee/ first month. My husband had to miss over half a day of work to be here for some no shows and will now have to miss another day when you all finally do show up. Had you not ran my credit, I would cancel.
