I had some questions in regards to hearing aids and the quality of customer was awesome and better yet my questions answered. I highly recommend them.

My mother in law was having trouble with her hearing aids. We brought her charger and heating aids in to get help. Even though we didn’t have an appointment Ashley was able to figure out the problem and fixed my mother in laws hearing aids. So thankful for her help. My mother in law is thrilled she can hear again!

Id like to say that the two people that helped me, Shaun and Ashley were extremely helpful from the first time I visited to get my ears tested. They were very kind and yet very professional. Their appearance was also professional, but not so much as to be imposing to me who was there in jeans. They were both friendly and had what I believe werenatural smiles on their faces at all times made my experience pleasent and geuinuine, Im not making this up! They were great. They made my experience with Miracle Ear a very nice, even delightful one.I would also like to thank miracle ear for financially helping me with one of their programs.

Shouldn’t even give them one star-but they were friendly and professional up to the point where I said we had Medicare. They called me, we discussed insurances and they said they would be getting back to us. Two weeks later I have no call and no hearing aids. We aren’t “in the network” ok-great-you could have told me that WAY BEFORE you came all the way out to my house, do the exam, talk about coverages, and choose a hearing aid?? Just wasted everyone’s time and no one could pick up a phone? They hounded me for the appointment, and then they couldn’t care less. I am very disappointed with service. One call-1. That’s one single call and all none of this happens.

Shaun and Ashley always have smiles on and treat you like family every time you see them. We will recommend Miracle-Ear to everyone we know.
