I brought my insecure and new to waxing daughter she came out very disappointed I asked it to be fixed and was told it would hurt her skin. personally I have finer shorter hair and have never had this problem at all. very disappointed. Will not be back however considering the look I was given when I turned down the mask I was offered they don’t care.

Really fast Brazilian, but I didnt do a thorough check to make sure they got it all. I will go back. They were very nice

The customer service it great. They all made me feel comfortable. It was a lot less painful than I thought. I was super impressed until I showered and realized she missed patches of hair on my Brazilian and some on my face. I have another appointment and will try 1 more time.Update: So went back for appointment #2 they were again totally awesome and super apologetic. I said its no big deal and figured it was not a typical thing so I wanted to try again. This time she got it all 100% and was still made me feel super comfortable. The ladies at the front desk rocked too. Thanks for making this turn into 5 star service guys. See you next time.

Wow! My husband went here to get his full back waxed, and they did an awesome job. He had never had a wax before and was pleasantly surprised at how the entire experience went. To begin, he said the entire staff was friendly and welcoming. The space is new and spotless. He was impressed with the technician and her experience level. He was a little nervous going in, but now says he will go back to this location without hesitation. He also bought a product that amazingly helps with ingrown hair issues. It’s called Smooth Me and it smells so nice. I would highly recommend Gresham European Wax. My husband is a hard sell, and he couldn’t have been more satisfied. I can’t wait to give it a try!

This place is amazing. We went with a group of 5 and they were so professional and helpful. I had a facial and brow and facial wax. I would recommend them to any of my friend. The location is so convenient snd plenty of parking.

Absolutely love this European Wax Center location! The lovely manager and her staff went out the way toaccommodate me and my bridesmaids after our wax appointments got unexpectedly cancelled at the last minute @ another EWC location. The entire staff was incredibly friendly & the waxing was excellent. Lilly I’ll be back to see you!

Ive been with EWC for years, and previously worked as a waxer at a different location for 2 years. I want to start off by saying my waxer was a lovely person, but I could tell she was very new to it. A ton of my hair broke off on my brazillian, she missed quite a few spots on my legs, and went over my brows too many times, to the point that my skin is still healing from where it was overdone. But I must say she did an excellent job with the facial, and I could try she was trying with the waxing. It just pains me a little that I spent like $200 and had to go home and shave my legs after, and my brazillian started coming back 3 days later since most of it had just broken off rather than pulled cleanly out.So Ill probably go to clackmas, or Lake O in the feature. Might come back, but not for a while to give them more time to practice.

She missed a bunch of spots on my Brazilian and then I get scolded for shaving after last session. I should have known when she was done in under 10 minutes.

I really love this place. Its a bit expensive but definitely worth it.

Im undecided if Im going back, I didnt have a good experience here which shocked me. My eyebrows were uneven and I started bleeding, she plucked so much it hurt and I just said I would be fine with what she did so I could just leave. I am on the fence about going back but trying someone else. The girl was nice and she was trying but it was too painful and I realized m eyebrows werent going to get better so I stopped the appt before they got to a point of unsalvageable.
