Glass perfect to required dimentions

Ive had 2 or 3 windshields replaced, and 1 repaired, by them to date. Gotta love Oregon winter gravel! Anyway, these folks have consistently been great about getting me a quote up front, scheduling a time in the near future, then getting the work done as quoted. I have no complaints, and feel pretty safe recommending them for auto glass work.

Customer service oriented did good work

I have had many windshields replaced at Gresham Glass. They have always replaced them quickly and the price was right. I probably should write a negative review for the quality of Subaru windshields!They also installed a shower door in my house that has been fine for many years. They are local and I like that.

Extremely rude, poor service. I took our fireplace door there to have the glass replaced. They had it done the same day, but two weeks later the glass seal fell out and when I looked closely it was obvious that the glass they put in the door was about an 1.5 inches to short. I took it back to them and spoke to a very rude person in their office that acted like it was my fault for pointing it out.He then said that the door wouldnt be ready until the next day. I asked if it could be ready sooner since it is our only heat source and we have kids in the house and he practically exploded at me. I will never do business with them again.
