I have a Samsung phone, so when a common part broke, Samsung said it would be to much to repair so I should just buy a new one. I went to we fix it, and they repaired my phone for less than $150. Amazing. Thank you.

They dont stock the parts that people need. Comparing notes with friends, this place was unable to help repair 6 out of 8 cracked screens on lower budget tablets... Hhhmmm

Very confident and professional technician. Quickly examined my Samsung Galaxy 7 to make sure it was completely functional. Explained the terms of the agreement to replace the battery. Answered questions.Agreed to have it ready in an hour. It was ready as promised. Time will tell if it is a good battery but at this point, I am content that the job was done well.

Both my husband and I had cracked screens we took them in for repair and Alfonso is the one who took care of us. Alfonso was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. He did a superb job in regards to customer service and quality of work. If you dont promote him somebody else will he is a real asset to your company!

I’m very impressed with Batteries Plus. They replaced my phone battery and put a new screen protector on my phone. We thought it would take s few hours to work on this but it was within an hour that my phone was ready. I recommend using Batteries Plus.

Two Star’s because the people were very nice. One star for ‘Repair’ results. I took took in my 14 mo old iPhone 7 that was working fine to have a new battery installed. They informed me that the charge port was bad and needed to be replaced too. Unfortunately, although they charged for that service, the mic is now not working properly and they had to order a ‘new’ charge port. (Did they not just put a ‘new’ one in?!). Part not available for a week. They say the will fix it under warranty. Waiting for the part........

The store personnel were very knowledgable and kind. The mobility scooter store had actually recommended them for a new battery for my Dads handicap scooter. While there I also had the battery in my iPhone replaced.

Ashley did a great job providing me with what I needed plus some additional items. She was friendly, knowledgeable and completed her work on my phone on schedule. I will be returning to her store for future services and products.

The customer service here was great, all the staff was very nice and easy to talk to. We tested the phone in the store and I thought that everything was fine. By the time I had drove home about 35 min away my phone started to have a mind of its own. When I try to make a call my phone starts to call numbers that i did not dial. Writing text messages is almost impossible because you cant press the button that you are trying to. Its like the phone is out of alignment now and has to much pressure so it thinks you are trying to press buttons when you are not.

Nice folks, good customer service. But after having them replace my battery in my iPhone 5 it went into a reboot loop and my phone broke. I had to purchase a new iPhone. They’re closed today and hoping when I go back in on Tuesday they honor a refund for me. I’ll update this after Tuesday on what happens. Thanks!

I went to this store to have the battery in my iPad replaced. Everyone working there was very professional and well-informed. They promised to have it done in 5-7 days and it was done in 3 so I’m very happy with the overall experience. Hopefully the battery will last well beyond the 6-month guarantee.

Took a Note 5 in they changed the battery (For $80) phone works great now. 2hr turn around if you are willing to wait, I left it overnight.

Second time having my screen fixed and again they did an amazing job. Not only was the repair done quickly but the staff was very knowledgeable and I received awesome and professional help from them.

My screen cover is filthy and should have been cleaned before it was put back together. The gunk left blocks reading text. The new battery seems to hold a charge. I had to go to Fred Meyer for light bulbs tjey didnt have.
