Paid for a full detail plus engine bay. What I got was a disappointment. Truck looked better but was lacking the detail part. The kid that detailed my truck was a rookie and has only been on the job for 30 days. I believe when a customer brings you in a 16-year-old truck and pays for a full detail you should probably put your top guys on it not somebody thats doesnt have the experience to deal with an older vehicle. The owner did give me a $50 discount and basically told me it is what it is because its an older truck. I do not recommend epic detail if you actually need a vehicle that needs detail.

I was an hr late for my appt, but they still took me! Girl running the desk was kind and understanding. I waited while they washed my giant Toyota Sequoia in less than an hr, and it came out gleaming! It’s a 2004 and it looked great! I’ve never seen my wheels this clean! I’d definitely recommend Epic Detailing for the hand wash. Not sure about the detailing services, but the wash is a winner! I’ll be back! FYI-The photo I’m posting is 24hrs post wash.

This place was amazing!!! There was only one stain they couldn’t remove and I’m pretty sure it was something random my son did and I can’t figure out what it was but the rest of the car looks amazing! 4 years old and now it looks brand new. They got milk stains out of the back from my son and tons of food stains. My son even peed in one of the seats and that is fixed! Just an amazing experience all around!

Epic was booked about a month out when I called for an exterior detail but no problem for me as I figured any good business would have a lot of customers wanting in on their schedule. I took the first available and was put on the wait list if anyone cancelled. I was able to take a cancellation a few days sooner than planned. Communication was great, I was provided video before the polish went on and I was very pleased. Epic was able to get the terrible swirl marks, buffer marks and countless surface scratches the previous owner made by going through a Washman! Do not go to a drive thru car wash! Take it to epic and you wont regret it.

I bought the car 2 weeks before and while at the dealership getting an additional keyfob programmed, it got mildly over sprayed with yellow paint.I was going to use my insurance and a body shop but was advised that all I needed was a polishing to remove the yellow paint. A body shop directed me to Epic.I took my black Chrysler 300 to Epic just after a carwash for an estimate on having some light yellow overspray removed from the right rear quarter of my car.I was given an estimate for $300 to remove the overspray and that would include polishing the entire exterior. It sounded very reasonable and less troublesome than involving my insurance, so I went for it and agreed to pay for it myself.When I went to pick up the car I noticed it was completely covered in a thick later of light green polish dust. I could not even see if the yellow spots had been removed, the dust was so thick.I started wiping the dust off the rear quarter with my white shirt to see if they had accomplished the overspray removal. There were still many yellow speckles of paint on the car. And now it had paste and dust everywhere.I went inside to talk to someone about how dusty the car was and poorly removed the overspray was removed.They tried to convince me it was pollen.So I asked how much extra it would cost to have my car washed when they were done polishing it.They tried to convince me they did wash it.I said that I see lots of missed details and would like them to try again.So they very abruptly took my key and said that they would wipe it down again. Should only take 5 minutes.I waited 25 minutes, then I got to see my car again, cleaner.I could see all the white polish they left in every nick and cranny. Especially on the front end.They buffed thru the paint on the edge of my hood and tried to convince me that their machine couldnt do that, they buff flat.All the minor imperfections in my black paintjob are now HIGHLIGHTED.And there are still yellow speckles even after they took a rag and spray bottle out to make sure they are all gone.I asked them why it looks so much worse now.They tried to convince me that is how it always is.They even tried to make me feel stupid for suggesting they should use black polish on a black car.They buffed thru paint that was used to repair the edge of a fender, now you can see the damage underneath.They tried to convince me that if it had been repaired better, that wouldnt have happened.I openly admit, I got pretty upset by the excuses and blame shifting. I raised my voice higher than may have been necessary.I got very upset when they told me that I was going to pay for it whether I liked it or not or I wont get back my car.It felt like they had a great deal of experience lying to customers and making excuses.My car looks much worse now than it did when I brought it to them.All I really wanted was the yellow speckles off.

Epic treated me and my ‘53 DeSoto respectfully and professionally. They carefully evaluated the integrity of the 68 year old paint and did the best they could to bring out the lustre and shine

First time using this place thats a once and done for sure came in wanting water spots removed ended with nicely fresh scratched up windows and still water spots all over truck looked better before coming in what a joke ohh if you want us to go over it again you can come another day. Why? Because nowadays you cant get anybody to do things right the first time. Know of somewhere else Id recommend there first

I had been using the mobile service for a few years now. I had an appointment scheduled for June, but cancelled in advance with 2 messages on their voice mail due to the hot weather. Got a call from the receptionist the next day confirming my appointment that they were on the way. I told her I had cancelled and rescheduled my appointment to mid July.The day before my scheduled appointment and it was hour or less before they were closing, I received a call from Johnny. He told me that he needed to cancel my next day appointment, because his equipment was down and it needed to be sent out. I asked how long, he didnt know and really no apologies. He recommended another company to do the mobile service. The other service company did call me to schedule an appointment.Not more than 20 minutes later the receptionist calls me to cancel my next day appointment and informs me that they are no longer doing mobile car service. They had gotten rid of their mobile cars a week ago! I mentioned that I got a call from Johnny saying something different.Clearly there is HUGE gap of lack of communication and honesty in EPIC. I could of been notified sooner when the mobile service was being discontinued and NOT day before and so late in the day. I would of preferred honesty than being lied too. If this is how they treat their customers, then I glad I found another company to do my mobile detailing and wants to work on keeping their customers happy!

Got a paint correction and ceramic coat which was roughly 1k in total and was supposed to come with some other things. Prices are a little steep and they forgot to wash my engine bay. Not the end of the world but not optimal either. Good customer service but again, kind of disappointing.

My car inside and out was absolutely amazing, I was under the impression that under my hood was also going to be clean but it wasn’t, that’s was kinda disappointed. The girl in the front desk was ok expected more. I am happy with the result of my vehicle.

I bought a Groupon for a hand wash. I added an express interior service. My car looked so good! It was an extra treat to play catch with the puppies in the office. Only one small complaint, my light inside was left on and the sliding panel to my sunroof was open. I look forward to bringing it back after my long road trip.

EPIC Auto Detailing is amazing. My vehicle is spotless. I did their express detailing and they did a great job.I had a leaky sun roof that has been repaired. But there were watermarks/stains on the headliner. It is now spotless!! It was a little extra, but so worth it!!Thank you EPIC!!!

I took my car in for interior detailing to, hopefully, remove some of the years of accumulated dog hair, etcThis is a 14 year old car and other than some minor damage over those years, the interior looked like a new car when they were done. My experience was excellent in all respects.

Just got my truck back from an exterior detail and it is GORGEOUS! I have a black 2021 Ram 1500 and i got it back looking better than it did when I bought it. I couldn’t believe the price and how reasonable it was for the amount of detail they put into the exterior detail, you could tell they went over every inch of it with care. I will never take my truck anywhere else. Back when I had a black camaro this was my go to wash place because they are punctual, flexible with appointments, and super friendly. Highly recommended

The worst service I have ever seen in the service industry. 1st Full Detail I have purchased. Paid $375 for this 6 hr service, and to top it off, it was done by the owner. Dont just read, see pictures for true evidence (photo of mats - I cleaned the left one in 10 min), tape left on top that was not waxed. Leather seat was not cleaned. Told me stains wouldnt come out. I cleaned them all with vacuum style shampooer . ..they gave me a full refund after returning to the shop the next day.

I was impressed when I picked up the car. It was clean as a whistle. I was especially pleased when my grandson volunteered that he too was impressed.

My 2017 Honda Accord hadnt been cleaned in the year that Ive owned it and let me say, when I took it into Epic Auto for its detail it came out looking like it was fresh out the dealership! They get into every nook and cranny. I have 2 large dogs who shed and their is no trace of pet hair anywhere in my car anymore. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking to get their car detailed to perfection!

I have had them detail 3 of my cars. My basic cars were done fine. My 03 dodge 2500 4x4 was not. I picked up my vehicle and it was in 4x4 low range (a dial shifts the transfer case, so this could happen on accident while cleaning). Their parking lot is very small and driving a 3/4 ton 4x4 on 35s on hot dry pavement while doing multi point sharp turns to navigate this kind of parking lot puts a TON of stress on the whole dreivetrain. I got in my truck and it shifted back into 4x2 for the drive home and then it shifted back into 4x4 LOW RANGE about 5 miles from my house on its own. It was stuck. I tried so many times to get it out of low range. I know all the tricks, nothing worked. I limped it home and called them. The owner aggressively defended his business and employees when I calmly explained that they put my vehicle into low range on pavement. I said I wasnt going to ask him to pay a shop to do any work and I just wanted to know if he would consider helping with parts cost. It was a firm no. I will never go back and I will never recommend them. A companys way to deal with problems defines their approach to customer service. They failed.Photos show new transfer case shift motor (not even an expensive part) being installed and also the dial that shifts this trucks transfer case.Update on 12-20-20: The owner called and offered to buy the part in exchange for the removal of my negative review. I counter offered to raise it by one star and not take any money from him. This shouldnt have taken a public forum to reach resolution.

After I get my truck washed by Epic I get people stopping to comment on it all the time. They are experts. The are meticulous. And it’s not that expensive. Tip them! They rock.

I had my Ford Focus detailed, and I asked them to focus on my seats because they seriously needed to be shampooed after two pet potty incidents. My seats looks great. My car was pretty bad before so it feels so refreshing to have a clean car again. My one criticism is that they should have fresh eyes look over the jobs when they think they’re done because little things like spots from the cleaner that weren’t wiped away and putting the spare tire cover back right in the trunk. But overall, I loved their service and I thought I would’ve paid more than I did.

Manager Estrella was extremely friendly, efficient and professional -- from me dropping off my car in the morning to texting and voice mailing me later when the work was completed to making sure that I was happy with their work. The auto detail service exceeded my expectations and I was so proud to show off my beloved Camaro to my friends and neighbors! Next on my list is to take advantage of their paint correction service.

Epics 2-year ceramic coating has transformed my work van and one month later water still beads everywhere, washing so much easier, and it doesnt get nearly as dirty. Great experience here with my full interior and exterior detail of my F-150. One point of feedback, although extremely minor: I have power actuated running boards and they did not clean the top of the running boards as they are retracted with the door closed. Would have been nice to have that cleaned as well but still a 5 star experience.

The crew here at Epic did an amazing job. After struggling to get the dog hair out myself and keep my truck clean, enough was enough and I needed to hit the reset button. I like to keep my car clean or at least cleanish. For Christmas my wife got me a full interior detail, and a full body car wash. Holy Sh!t!!! I had forgotten what a really clean car looked like. The detail was amazing. I bought this car 2 1/2 years ago and it looks as good as new (maybe better).The experience was great. At drop-off, I was greeted at the door by a very personable lady (Jamie). Jamie assured me that they would take excellent care of my ride. When I picked it up in the afternoon, I could see the whole crew working on cars....Everyone of them showing pride in their work.My biggest problem is I now may be addicted to a very clean car.Thanx guys!
