I got a perm there that day it looked real curly up top there was so much product on the bottom that it kinda looked curly an I felt pleased. Upon washing my hair finally I discovered that my hair is straight as a board and completely fried on the bottom the only thing that is curly is my bangs and the hair close to my scalp. I paid 85 dollars to have my hair burned. I am completely unsatisfied.

I went there to get haircut, and I asked the lady to give me short bob haircut with some layers. I showed her picture and she said she can do it. It took her almost two hours, and when she was done it was a DISASTER. That lady didnt know how to cut hair. She cut all my hair with bunch of uneven cut on back of the head and the front side of hair was long. It was worst, there was no room for correction either cause she cut it too short with bunch of uneven cut. If anyone trying to cut hair here, please dont!!! Worst place ever!!! Even after destroying my hair, that lady wasnt sorry for it. Now I dont have hair and I have to walk with this bunch of ugly uneven cut on my back. I wish there was some negative stars, they dont deserve this one star. Extremely disappointed and mad at them!!!!!

I went for a perm and a haircut. I asked for shoulder length haircut and a perm. When I got in the chair she combed my curly hair with a comb and it was awful and was painful. She left my hair dry to do the haircut resulting in my cut was even or correct. She destroyed my bangs like I really dont know what this woman was thinking. She made one cut across the back of my hair and then I knew I had made terrible mistakes. I was so embarrassed when I left I kept my head down and rushed to my car. My hair is up to my jaw line. DONT USE THIS SMART STYLE!!!!!;

I went in to purchase a hair care product. The stylist was styling someone’s hair and told me they were closed. I would have to come back tomorrow between 10:00 and 6:00. Your website says you are open until 8:00.
