Very frustrated! All of your on line listings show your hours of operation as closing at 6pm on Mondays. I needed to send an important package and re-arranged my schedule today to do so. I arrived at 4:45pm to a locked door and a posting on the store front that states that you close at 4:30. If your on line listings were accurate I would have been here before 4:30.

I had a letter that I needed to be in Oregon in a day no later than 2 days.,they told me for $109.00 they can ship it overnite I then was told that it would be much cheaper if I did 2 day express mail.they guaranteed me it would be there in 2 days, well its the 3rd day n it still hasnt got there ! Total waste of 26dollars I could have put it in snail mail n saved 26$ .!! Never again will I use their services.Liars n Thiefs !

When I moved here to south, someone recommended them..Im glad she did..have obtained a great relationship with them.Mrs. Connie is a true sweetheart.I love them.❤❤Reminds me of the gentleness and kindness of my mom.. Great service, Great employees.Great example of some southern hospitality

So helpful! I had a shipping label printed but it wouldnt scan so they allowed me to email it to them and printed a new copy there! That helped so much.

I use this location at least once a week for work shipments. Great people, very helpful, and excellent service.

Everytime I’ve shipped something here there’s ALWAYS only 1 person and she takes FOREVER to get everything packaged, entered into the system, and to the last and final point of paying and getting to leave.I do not recommend if you value your time.

CAUTION!! DO NOT GET THE INSURANCE!! Shipped a big green egg in its stand. The packing was very poorly done. Big green egg arrived shattered. They also sent the package Fed Ex Freight! To top it all off they are not honoring the insurance that was paid for. Look elsewhere for your shipping needs.

Excellent. All the time, every time, for the last 5 years, I have had nothing but great experiences here. The owner, Connie, is so kind and helpful. I will never go elsewhere!

Today my husband stopped by to mail a shelf to Wi. He was told by Connie that they didnt have a box big enough but that they could pick one up. She said he could leave the shelf and they would call with the shipping info after they got the box and he could pay with his CC over the phone if he wanted to have the shelf shipped. When they called, they said it would be over $100 to have the shelf shipped. My husband said he didnt want to have it shipped for that price. He said hed stop by tomorrow to pick up the shelf but they said he couldnt have it unless he paid for the packing charge. They were suppose to call him about the shipping charge BEFORE they packaged the shelf. I called and told them we did not agree to pay for packing charges and said wed stop by to pick up the shelf. They said they would not return our shelf to us and hung up. Unfortunately I have had to report the incident to the police and they will be taking it from here.

I come here all the time. Maybe twice a week, but this is the first time that Ive ever had a horrible experience. I have documents that needed to be notarized, but this is my first time notarizing anything so I didnt realize that I couldnt sign first and notarize later. Connie, the notary, basically talked down to me like Im some sort of idiot for not realizing what a notary is. It was humiliating to be lectured on the entire situation in a store full of customers.Sorry PakMail, I wont be returning to this locations

Bad experience with shipping priority. Found out on the expected delivery date that shipment was still sitting at the location. No calls or follow-up. Then they held my shipment hostage for $307 for packaging. Seriously?

Ridiculous hours. Who opens at 8:45? On top of that if youre going to say you open at 8:45 actually unlock the door at 8:45 not 8:50 because you didnt show up to unlock the back door until 8:45. Additionally they overcharge. Sending a local fax is a dollar per page where if you go to the UPS store down the street its $0.07 a page.

Ive been using this place for years. It gets busy sometimes, but the people and service are great!
