My mother had flooring delivered the driver Christopher Hatcher was one of the nicest people I believe I have ever met. He went out of his way to help my 67-year-old mother and myself even though he was not obligated to. The company is so rude first of all they will not give the drivers the peoples phone numbers to let them know if they are running late and the company does not reach out and let the customers know that the poor driver is lost in the middle of nowhere and will get there late. They have no regard or support there drivers. When the driver called his dispatcher she was extremely rude and said basically we should just refuse to load because through no fault of his he was 45 minutes later then the between 10 and 2 timeframe they gave us. Because of this and getting no actual notice from his dispatcher or his company that he would be late we had no help to unload everything. They send this poor man out all by himself with heavy freight and nobody to help him which I think is disgraceful and disgusting on its own. This company did not care about the driver safety or customer satisfaction. I gave them the biggest thumbs down you can.
It is outrageous and funny that the owner hasan excuse for every negative review! Terry grow up and accept negative feed back and take that as constructive criticism! Let us know what you will address! You cant have an excuse for everything.Like why my package sat at your warehouse for a week and the tracking was never updated. I got this info from the shipper! Then I had to call the terminal to find out who had my package. Guess what?? I got more bs excuses from Acme!Constructive criticism! Be honest, you cant have a legit excuse for everything!

Not only do they have irresponsible drivers who should have their CDLs revoked, but they also have very childish and poor management! Whomever is responding to the reviews here needs to be a little more mature in their response. At 7AM this morning I encountered the most aggressive Truck driver I have ever come across, otherwise known as truck #349. Truck drivers like this one endanger everyone on the road and this is a big concern to me. This man was flashing his lights, blaring down his horn, going AT LEAST 70 MPH down steep Saluda Grade in the left lane (55 MPH Truck limit) all of which took place in congested traffic. I drive I-26 every day and I do enjoy living so please consider this when hiring your drivers. Plate Number P659270Edit: In reply to this careless and ignorant company; I did absolutely not cut this truck driver off. He came from behind me while I was in the left lane behind another vehicle and I had been in this said lane for quite some time. This was no warning toot of the horn as youre trying to make it sound like, this man was blaring down on his horn because traffic was hindering him from going 90 miles an hour. He must have me mistaken for someone else that he must have had issues with this morning, which I would not be surprised at. Most likely he fabricated a story once he noticed I got his tag number. I am absolutely appauled at the response from this company and if I come in contact with another one of their inconsiderate and reckless drivers I will instead contact the highway patrol. I hope you can afford a law suit once one of your drivers injure someone. By making a mockery of this you are not only bringing yourselves adisservice but the community as well. What a pathetic and cowardly way to run your company, you should be ashamed. I would LOVE to see said video of me cutting off this truck driver. I wonder what parallel universe youre going to have to pull that from. I not once denied giving him a vulgar gesture once I was able to merge over into the right lane to let him pass me but that was AFTER I encountered him being reckless and aggressive. You would probably give him a vulgar gesture as well if you were boxed in by two other vehicles and you have an aggressive truck driver in something 5x the size of your vehicle behind you acting like a psychopath. I noticed you didnt have anything to say about his excessive speeding down Saluda Grade either. Do you know how many accidents with trucks happen there? Theres a reason there is a specified speed limit for trucks. If you truly watched the video you would see that my statement was absolutely correct. My actions after the fact does NOT JUSTIFY how he acted to begin with.Edit: Still no video?... What a disgusting way to deflect the situation. Cant post it because there is no dash cam? Or because you saw where your driver was driving erratically, aggressive and traveling well over the speed limit? Its so painfully obvious that youre lying to cover your tails. Instead of actually taking in a valid complaint to better your business, you used it to create drama and make yourselves look like fools. Im sure prospective customers will enjoy seeing this here because it is ever so informative on how you handle your business. Ill keep an eye out on the interstate for your drivers from now on. Next time I wont be so nice and bring it to your attention, there just might be a state trooper waiting for him at the bottom of Saluda Grade. I hear they really like to stop the trucks down there!
