Always always get my order wrong. When i asked if they left out the stuff i had requested, they said yes. I pulled over to check my order and they straight up lied to me. My order was once again all wrong. I will never ever go back there.

They are only out to make money for themselves, they dont care about the potential renters or the home owners they are supposed to be renting the houses for! They get $35 off every application filled out and turned in, I got denied for no good reason at all. I met everyone of the rental criteria that they ask for and made more money than what they asked for someone to make and they still didnt care. Meanwhile Im looking at renting another home because Im more than qualified to rent about any home, and the homeowners from the home they denied me on arent making any money because this place would rather just collect rental application money. I really hope that these homeowners see this and pull their homes from this company and go with an honest company, Ill be trying to get in contact with the owners of the property to let them know what has happened along with taking them all my information showing that Im more than qualified to rent their home! Ive never had any problems renting a home from bigger places than this dinky dink outfit, and I have always gotten my security deposit back when I have decided to move! Ill also be contacting my attorney to try and get my application fees back and attorney fees since I met ALL of their rental criteria and still got denied, this company is just trying to make money for themselves! Ive got copies of the rental application and the rental criteria and I knew I met all of it or I wouldnt have even turned them in and paid the application fees, on top of all of this they had lost my W2S with all of my personal information on them and I have the emails to prove it!

We recently went to view a house under the management of anna Mullin. She was very quick to respond to emails and seemed like it would be an enjoyable showing. Unfortunately, that was not the case at all. Due to some unforeseen events we were running behind. The minute our showing was supposed to start she text and says so I guess youre not going to show up? Which I thought was quite rude. I understand people are on a scheduele but there are other ways to approach the issue. Once we got there we got inside and she looked at her phone the first 10 minutes and didnt say a word. She finally decided to start walking around and basically runs through the house because she has another meeting in 15 minutes. Our appt started 15 minutes before her other thing and it takes almost 15 minutes to get where she was going. She agreed to meet with us and if she didnt have time she shouldve let us know so we could reschedule. On the way out she also decided to complain about how horrible the traffic was and how she would never show a house on a Friday again. Making us feel like we were imposing on her very busy scheduele.

Leased from them for 2.5 years. Monthly rent was $1,850. Faulty equipment installed causing a flood and a fire. Continual lies about condition of property. Attempted eviction twice in one year with a false claim we had no annual lease agreement and both times they lost in court for false information. Very disrespectful and uncaring property manager and Lessor.

Wonderful experience! Sold our challenging property very quickly and for better terms than we could have hoped. Mo and staff are thorough, conscientious, and personable. Miracle workers, actually.

Not sure what’s going on there, but I asked if one of the rental properties was going to get some attention to the drive, (that had holes in it the size of ALASKA), and you would have thought I insulted this lady’s Grandmother!! The most unprofessional reality employee I have ever encountered!! Truly unnecessary to have an attitude when a consumer is inquiring about a property! Stay clear of this one. It’s obvious staff is not there for the renter!!

Started out nice but communication was not on point..

Easy to work with, I felt like I knew all the details of my house purchase. I didnt feel like a number or that I was being sold something I didnt need. If I had any questions throughout the process they were explained in detail.
