Personally, for about a 15 minute walk around that cost $225, it was a complete ripe-off; so basically you have to come to term with the fact that you paid that amount for just 8 bait stations. He didnt tell me anything that I couldnt Google on my own. He also thinks the mouse my husband saw in the basement came in through the garage... I was skeptical because I was certain it came through the egress window in the basement because we have seen rodent activity outside by that area. As soon as he left, I went down to the basement, and looked at where I saw tiny puffs of insulation on the ground by the window. Standing up, it doesnt look like theres any gaps, but when I bent down to clean up the insulation puffs, I had a ground level view, and could see how the mouse got in. There was a hole that was chewed through the window insulation foam that was a little bigger than a nickel.Went to Lowes and got wire mesh to stuff up the hole and caulk and re-foam the insulation. The guy did not even bother looking up in the attic, where its full of fluffy insulation that rodents just love. Asked him about rodents climbing up the downspouts and getting in the attic through that way, gave me some respond while diverting eye contact - surest sign of dishonesty in a person. Ordered my own bucket of rodenticide (available at Tractor Supply, Home Depot, Menards or Lowes... even Amazon). Personally, my idiotic husband called because hes too lazy to research things like this himself, so he doesnt mind wasting $225, I guess... which is why our finances are kept separate.

Called for Same Day Service as clearly advertised on their website.. was told We are booked a week out - false advertising

Could not be happier with trio pest control, came out within the first 10 mins of the 2 hours window they told me, all were very professional and friendly, from Andrea who I spoke with in the phone, to the tech who was the owner, Bill, but what impressed me the most was after he was done and I had paid for the service, my wife said we had several inside the house, Bill asked to come in and take a look and have me advised me on where he thought they were coming from and what to do to stop it, it’s only been 2 hours since he has been here and already I can tell a difference, if you have yellow jackets like me, they are the place to go, will definitely use them again if needed!!

Richard was the best tech I have ever used for any service. This company deserves a shot by anyone. I will recommend them to any and everybody that asks about pest control. Thanks A lot !!!

We just moved into a new home and learned quickly that the little mice thought it was their home. After we saw the first one I immediately reached out to Bill. He returned my call in minutes. He assured me he would get me taken care of the next day. The lovely Andrea was quick to schedule my appointment and the next day Richard was there to save the day. He inspected the entire house treated the problem areas as well as the perimeter of the outside of the house as well. He was very pleasant, polite, thorough, and went above and beyond to explain things as well as what they would be doing going forward, as I was so pleased I signed up for the quarterly plan. Our new home is very wooded with an inground pool. They assured me that as they come out on those visits they will treat our home accordingly to the season and the respective pests for that season. I highly recommend Trio Pest for any pest control needs. The staff is exceptional to work with as well! You have a great team Bill!!
