They seemed to have done a good job on my shoes . However, they are far to expensive for the services provided. Also,she wont give you a price nor estimate on the price of the repair before working on them and told me she didnt know what the repair person would need to do to repair them(seems it would be fairly easy to ask.)If there were another repair store in the area I feel they would have reasonable prices due to competition. I went to pick my shoes up during business hours(I live 30 minutes away) around 10:30am on a Tues. and the store was closed. She also charged me a dollar more than her stated price but I chose not have her re-do it for the sake of time. I wont be back due to the practices of the business. They werent extremely customer service oriented but this is common with Greenwood businesses.

I took my LV pocketbook to this place and they ruined it! Please do not do business with them! They quoted me a price and then tripled it! The owner is rude and would not come out of hiding to discuss this hot mess! The staff is rude and they are a hot mess too! Lots of good shoe repair shops in Greenville ! Ideal shoe shop is terrible! Trust me!!!!!!

I have very bad costumer service by them. when i originally went to get my boots altered the price was 15 dollars. which is not a bad price. but when i brought the boots to the store he said it was 25.68 still not bad for getting 3 inches added to them so they would fit again. but when i finally went to pay for the boots he said i owed him 30 dollars. that is twice of what was originally told to me. i did not like their service at all if they cant figure out how much it is to alter 1 pair of boots.

I thought it would take a couple of days for them to fix a broken strap on my leather sandals. It took 10 minutes maybe and the two men working were incredibly nice.
