I love my drivers, and They should receive a MILLION STARS.!!!! But there are the times that I have been waiting and ready to get picked up, and then after hours go by, and even a few times of calling the main office and them saying that there is a driver in my area and would be here within a hour, I have been stood up. Im sure this is counted against you. The communication between the 2 companies should be a little better, and the main office has been some what rude at 5 am when I called. This said, make no mistake that when it comes to MASTERCARE AND THEIR DRIVERS, THEY ARE AN OUTSTANDING COMPANY WHO BECOMES FAMILY!! I cant stop praising the company!!

Will not write a lengthy discourse because it will be censored or edited. But will be posting my complaint on Facebook where they cannot take it down. I am sure there are some people who have only had to ride once or twice and have had adequate experiences. But my roommate has now twice been late or had to cancel doctors appointments because these people cannot get their drivers to come in or to be on time. When you do catch a ride, they do not plan out their map well and end up driving three or four hours with people in the car that would like to get home. This morning my roommate was told that his ride was on the way and went to the porch to wait. 40 minutes later the ride had not shown and he called only to be told his driver had not shown up and they were having to send some one else. Appointment at 830am in Greenville. Supposed to be picked up @710am. It is now 1 hour later at 810am and the driver (ride) has still not shown up. The fact that he had to call them to ask where the driver was shows a true lack of professionalism. And this is a very important doctors appointment as it is his CANCER DOCTOR CHECK-UP. Again Im sure there are people who ride once or twice with no hiccups, but I feel almost certain this is not the only two times people have experienced this lack of concern and professionalism.

This is where I work. This morning I thought I had a route. I get to work and i am off today. They dont have the respect i give by working really hard for them to let me know i was off today.

I had Debra as my driver and she was awesome! A very nice person. The trip was very safe, even though we ran into several thunderstorms. She still got me back home safe and sound. Thanks Debra!😀

I am severely disappointed in the services provided.The bus driver was extremely rude and he smelled like a barn.The ride was hot and bumpy.I had to wait to be picked up.I think there might have been adult diapers that were soiled left under the seat ???

MasterCare is the worst. Ive had a bad experience and my daughter has too. My daughter had to sit 3 to 4 hours for transportation to pick her up. I wouldnt reccomend this service to anybody. You dont deserve the one star I gave you.

Trainers and employees are awesome, management terrible I was told by manager to work for 13 hours without a break on several different days because of company wrongful scheduling
