Paul’s Glass recently replaced all the windows in our farm house. During the process he very thoroughly explained the many different window styles and brands to help us decide what would be best for our home. After deciding a window brand and style, he came to our house to measure and returned a few short weeks later to install the new ones. The new windows fit perfectly and we are so happy with the way they look both inside and out! The entire process from start to finish was seamless and both Paul and Suzanne are a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend Paul’s Glass to anyone looking for new windows!

I Would Not recommend Pauls Glass for windows. I ordered a new window for a room addition and was told it would arrive in four weeks. It finally came in after eight weeks. After picking the window up I discovered it was the wrong size and the screen was ripped. Totally dissatisfied.

Do not go here! Customer service is an absolute joke. I called to make an appointment to have my windows tinted, she immediately treated me like an inconvenience and told me I would have to wait a MONTH! she couldn’t give me a price. I asked to speak with the owner Paul, she said “he’s very busy”. I hope this place goes under. Ill take my business to someone who wants it.

I had my rearview mirror reattached for an amazingly low price. Quick too! Im more than satisfied! ☺️

They kept me informed throughout the process, showed up when they said they would, worked fast, and did an impeccable job without requiring any finishing work. They hauled the broken glass away and charged what I found to be a very good price. I highly recommend them.

I called to schedule a glass repair and was told they are too busy to put me on the schedule. I would have to be called back and they wouldn’t even call me back today. Why can’t you put me on the schedule while I’m on the phone now? I don’t care how far out the appointment is.

Called in April 19th to check the availability of tinting for my antique truck. I called again a few days later and was told the person that does the tinting comes in on Tuesday. I was also told that the seals around the windows are hard to do. I have never heard back from them. Continuing to look.

Two great guys came out today & replaced a windshield. Wonderful company! From scheduling to repair, nothing but considerate & professional. Have done business with them for years & will never call anyone else. From installing windshields to window panes, theyre the best!!

We called Pauls glass at closing time on a Friday evening and they got us in first thing on Saturday. The chip in our windshield was fixed to our satisfaction within 20 minutes. I hope we do not need his services for chip repair again, but if we do I will certainly go back to Pauls glass. He gave us windshield bandages for both my cars to protect the windshield from further damage if another rock decides to meet our windshield. He explained that a chip in the windshield can be compared to a wound. Keep it clean and cover it with a bandage to keep it from further damage. They did all the insurance arrangements too. Great customer service, quality work.Edit. Two weeks later I got another chip on the same windshield!! Went to Paul’s glass again. I used the bandage they gave me this time. Great service.

While the price seemed right for our 20 pane bay window, the low standard install and lack of attention to detail was not. The glass is new and clear but the installers used the old wood framing with old caulk stuck to it then tried to cover it up with their own poor caulk job and left missing or broken pieces of framing without any mention of issues. I am currently working on cutting, sanding and smoothing this mess. Wont be a repeat client.

Paul’s Glass has tinted glass on six cars for my wife and me over the past 20 years. Each time, it’s expertly installed and looks fantastic! There’s only been one problem in the past, but it was taken care immediately. The level of customer satisfaction, care, and service is beyond any big-name auto glass tinting operation. I HIGHLY recommend Paul’s Glass!

I really, really wanted to be among the many others who wrote a great review, but I unfortunately cant. I contacted Pauls Glass early morning on Dec. 26 regarding a window at my moms house that needs fixed. I was surprised at the rudeness of the customer service rep while I was trying to relay what my mom said is wrong with her window. She then told me theyd get back with me to set up an appointment time. I heard nothing until Dec. 30, when the owner called. He told me hed be out January 3 to do an estimate and hed call me in the morning to set up a time. I heard nothing the next morning (Dec. 31) and thought perhaps he meant hed call me the morning of January 3, but I heard nothing from him on January 3. Its now January 7, and Ive still heard nothing back from the company so I have called another company to come out.

I needed to have the glass pane in a basement window replaced in a hurry: found about on a Friday morning before going out of town for a week.I dropped it off at 2pm and they had before the end of the day. And reasonably priced. Thank you so much!

I have been doing business with Pauls glass since the mid 90s. They always do a great job with great pricing. I just had them tint the windows on my car and it looks fantastic. I will be back in the future.

They are one of the only companies out there that will replace a single window or certain window panes if the whole window doesn’t need replaced. Your big box chains make you pay a minimum before they even come look at your home.Their ability to get the job done correctly the first time unfortunately lacks. We wanted one window replaced in a home we recently purchased. They had to come out four times (one for the quote and three separate times to replace the window). I understand the reasoning behind the need to replace the window (it kept getting stress fractures from the window pane not being thick enough) but at the end of the day, that two additional days off work without even an apology from them.Sometimes a hand shake and an apology does more for a customer than any discount your could provide. Owning up to a mistake creates lasting customers.

Very unprofessional. Paul shared negative personal info about someone I happened to know when I called to set up appt. I was shocked and I did not hire him. I also let the person know his personal business was being shared by Paul to me. I had never met or spoken to this man before.
