They were very nice and respectful and really helpful on helping me get a Queen mattress and stood there and answered all my Questions and delivered it the very next Day, I will definitely send others there, thank you Buddys

Customer service is excellent and was very helpful to my wife and i both times we have went there to buy stuff for our home. Very professional and friendly. Would recommend to anyone looking for reasonable payments on furniture, electronics, or appliances.

Worst place ever the manager is very rude an inconsiderate. Agreed to me bringing cash to the store for the payment. She ended up charging my card twice without my permission. Which added up to almost three hundred dollars. My account overdraft an she refused to refund me my money. The worst experience I’ve ever had. Had to report her to the regional manager an corporate. CASEY IS THE WORST AN MOST UNPROFESSIONAL MANGER. I’m Done With This Place Never Ever Again. A BUNCH OF SCAM ARTISTS!!!!

Great that you don’t have to go through the whole contract/credit approval process but I wouldn’t recommend this place unless you plan to pay off your account in 90 days “same as cash”.

Everything was good up until now they ran my moms credit card for my payment without her permission Im done after this my mom has absolutely nothing to do with my payment she made one payment for me and now they did this without permission now here recently Ive got behind on bills so yes they are one payment behind but get paid every week when Im paid,so now instead of waiting until Im paid and I pay a normal late fee they now send there repo guys out so it cost me even more its one thing when you dont try to pay vrs paying a payment late but still make the payment.i have to say Ill never recommend them too anyone or never rent from them in the future after my furniture and air conditioner is paid off.and another thing their financial management Brandon was told I made arrangements with Casey his response was she is not a manager.well bud I have news she should be she is nice and have people skills buddys corporate should reconsider because most of these reviews are good for Casey.

Bad experience, except for the sales lady. She is a great and friendly person, plus a hard worker. She is everywhere plus responsible for sales. Keep doing a great job; it will be noticed.

Was not very happy. My refrigerator had to be worked on 3 times at least. They did give us a loner, but it took about a month each time they had it. Also as it was getting close to being paid for, they kept telling me I still had 4 more payments. At least 3 or 4 times. It has been paid off for about a month or so. Now the freezer isnt freezing stuff like it should. At least they said it was still under warranty for a year after being paid off. And I will let you know the out come on that when I call them in the morning.

Buddys is ok except for taking money off somebodys card when asked multiple times not to. Its easier to pay them a late fee rather than an overdraft fee with the bank. Payment was on the 27th its the 29th now and I have to pay an overdraft fee bc they wanna take payment anyway! I only have a couple payments left and will be done with Buddys

Auto Draft is part of the approval process, If Buddy’s is trusting you with their products then give them a reason to trust you with your Payments and pay On Time!! #northcarolinaemploye #defendingmyscfamily

Horrible place!!!! Do not ever rent from them.

Don’t give these guys a credit card/debit card number. They will run and overdraft your account even if you don’t give them permission.

Manager there very rude, but all other employees are very sweet and friendly.
