Went in to get another phone, but my wife bought the phone I have so I couldnt upgrade to the phone I wanted. Whenever I asked, can I just switch names on account, I got attitude from the lady, and so I just left. Lost about this. This policy c spire has, needs to be corrected. We are being made to put a phone in the name of who ever bought it. I cant buy a phone for my wife unless we both go to the store together .That is silly my wife cant buy me a phone and put it in my name . customer service do everything they can to not help you. I cant discuss with you is all she kept saying. Change your policy C spire. Cant give someone a phone for a gift unless both parties are there is simple in reasonable.

Horrible for existing customers. Been with them 3 years, just paid off my Samsung Galaxy S8 and they still want me to pay $250 on top of give them the S8 and make a payment of $34 a month for 24 months for the Galaxy S10. Im going back to Straight Talk in Walmart!

Went to buy a new phone - I was misquoted on the phone and when corrected by the store rep- she was extremely rude. When in a second time to actually make the purchase - a different rep was texting during the entire transaction. The store customer service is pathetic and could use a lot of training - the girls may want to drop the “sassy” attitude towards customers.

Horrendous customer service. Misquoted my phone price, didnt ship phone when they said and left me waiting in the wait area for 20 minutes while they went to get a manager. Luckily this gave me time to write this review:)
