Ian scheduled my sister and I flight, resort stay, tours even a shuttle pick up to Sheraton Resort and Spa in Maui. We had a printed itinerary before our trip.

The owner agent, Ian Santamaria, has been in the industry for several years and knows the ins and outs to US and worldwide destinations. He has helped me with family trips to the Dominican Republic, Mexico, and Jamaica, as well as a Caribbean cruise and National park tour in the western US. Ian always takes into consideration that my family includes two young adult travelers (both 19) and my wife and me. He provides ideas that are age appropriate to our likes. A couple that come to mind was a four-wheeling adventure in Punta Cana that my sons truly enjoyed, and a sunrise expedition in Maui that was unbelievable. I have been working with Ian at Greenwood Travel since 1998 to book my family vacations, guys trips, and business trips. No body does it better! A few years ago I booked four suites on a cruise ship that were all next to each other and when we arrived at the ship we were told that some of our suites had been moved and there was nothing that they could do. I made a quick call back to Greenwood Travel and within 15 minutes the rooms had been moved back and I was getting apologized to by the cruiseline. Ian is great! He came to our rescue getting us to the airport on Bastille day (streets were blocked) in 2019. In 2018 when our flight out of Budapest was cancelled for mechanical problems Ian immediately helped us book a flight home. In 2017 when our luggage was lost he advised us what to do to get reimbursed.This year’s trip with granddaughters to Paris and London accommodations were great, transportation was easy and the sightseeing included passes all encompassing. Ian and Greenwood Travel were awesome in assisting my husband and I with our first trip to Maui! He booked for us an oceanfront cottage at the Royal Lahaina. We could not have been any more pleased! It was perfect! Ocean and pool were steps off our lanai and the chicken nachos at the resort restaurant just a short walk away were worth every step! Ian had also booked us a luau at the Feast at LeLe for our anniversary. We were front and center!! Ian planned a trip for us that created lifetime memories! Have been booking vacations for many years with Ian. Always responsive and helpful in find good flights at a good price. Resorts have always been what we expected. Having booked trips to foreign cities and arranging pick up at airport and subsequent city tours is a big plus.

Very poor service they wont call you back and dont have very much info about cruise questions they had me call royal caribbean to ask and they are supposed to print out our luggage tags and boarding info and do our online check-in they said they would call us to get it all done before cruise and never have we figured it out ourselves and theres 15 of us that booked through them Ill go back to AAA travel in Bloomington,Ind they were great had everything we needed and more

They know great vacation spots because theyve been to them

We havent been there for several years and here is why: We booked a trip to Sandals Whitehouse through them. A week or so after booking, I saw some warnings about this resort only having full bars complimentary in certain sections. I contacted GT&C to have them verify that our suite did have a full bar. The agent called me back later to assure me that she had spoken with the resort and, yes, our room DID have the bar in it. After arriving at the resort, you guess what happened. No bar. We were also assured that if any problems arise during your vacation, contact us and we will take care of your problem. Uhhh, not exactly. No answer despite it being a work day, mid-day. We left numerous messages for Ms. H and she didnt return our calls. EVER. There was no contact ever after the incident. No apology, any kind of refund. NOTHING. Do yourself a favor and contact Peggy Dyer at M &M Travel Agency. Very professional and definitely responsive to your problems while traveling.
