They don’t have anything in stock ever to help and just expect a customer to go without their phones/devices for 3-7 days. Staff was not helpful, rude, and seemed inconvenienced by any questions asked. I’ve been to this Best Buy a few times and they always find a way to screw me over or waste my time. 0/10

I have been paying month to month on my phone insurance for Geek Squad. Come to find out it stops after 2 years no matter if you still pay on time. I never received an email for them saying my plan is coming to an end. Rather disappointed I went in end of last year but due to covid was extremely hard to get an appointment. Now that I was able to get an appointment its already to late and my phone is no longer covered. Will be last phone I buy out right from BEST BUY. figured paying cash up front may treat ya better. I was wrong. Now phone has crack in screen and they are no help. Spent over an hour on phone plus had to wait in the store. Id like

Shad came out and was extremely helpful getting both my washer and dryer taken care of. I highly recommend buying the warranty on large appliances. While its an obnoxiously long wait for your appointment, the workers who come out are totally awesome. We had another guy named Steve that came out at another point who was helpful as well. Shad went way above the call of duty even following up the next day to be sure everything was working well. I am totally impressed with the quality of people they have have something for geek squad!!

Awesome job by Donovan and Nick to repair a total botch job by another Geek Squad at a different location. They installed my satellite radio in the perfect spot with perfect sound. They are a national treasure, and their manger better treat them as such.

I had an appointment to replace my IPhone battery today. The gentleman who assisted me was Chris. He was friendly, laid back, informative and helpful. I was rather pleased with my experience but the reason I choose 4 out of 5 stars is because I was told it would be no longer than 40 mins when I set the appointment. It was more like an hour and a half. Other then that it was a great experience, awesome customer service and the phone is working perfectly.

A very knowledgeable and patient man fixed three basic problems while setting up a new gmail account for me. This was done in a timely manner with great deference to myself. I appreciated the experience; the help I received was very appreciated.

My iPhone 6 was eligible for the battery upgrade so my nearest service provider was this location. They took my phone at nearly the exact time of the appointment and repaired it quicker than expected. The employee that took my information and cashed me out was professional and treated my kids (3 & 5) great. No complaints from me.

Long time coming. I actually never paid for service but your guy came out and did a job for me because I wasnt sure what was needed done. He spent hours with me didnt charge for anything because it was out of your scope. He was very nice. . Totally professional. I have the utmost respect. Thanks a lot. I recommend you guys now.

I was very upset this evening coming to this store. And an appointment for 6:20 and arrived a 6:28 but did not get checked in until at least 6:35 and was told that they were not going to be able to help me. I tried to call the store at 6:18 to let them know there was an accident at the intersection by the store and I could not get in right away. Nobody answered the phone I was still on hold in the parking lot when I pulled up. When I came in to get checked in and they declined helping me I ask to speak with a supervisor Tony. After a debate of why he wouldnt help me which made absolutely no sense considering there was nobody else waiting I went ahead and left. The sad part is there were two other appointments showing on the screen that did not show up and they did not even offer to work me in since I was already there. Apparently my business is not that important to Best Buy .

When they first appeared in Best Buy stores, they were great. They were intelligent, friendly, and helpful. Now, I had to make an appointment to just drop off a defective product that they werent going to do anything to, only send out to Samsung to have them fix it. Best Buy said they handle it and they handled it poorly. There was one guy that was rude. They either need to go away or get back to the way they used to be.

I have purchased 6 or 7 TVs over the last 15 yrs at Best Buy. I always pay for the extended warranty when available...IT IS A TOTAL RIPOFF!! The technicians are not a problem...its the administration side of customer service that are horrible! I have been waiting for a repair on a SHARP ROKU TV for over 2 MONTHS!! GEEK SQUAD SUCKS!! THEY DO ANYTHING THEY CAN TO DELAY YOUR REPAIR/REPLACEMENT...AND THEY LIE ABOUT TIME AND DATE FOR REPAIRS,PARTS ARE ALWAYS ON BACKORDER THEY ARE WORTHLESS IN MY OPINION AND I WILL NEVER BUY AT BEST BUY AGAIN!!!!

Best Buy Geek Squad is a joke if you have an APPLE computer! They charge me money yearly and then tell me that they cant fix my Apple computer and that they dont know much about Apple computers. They googled things infront of me to try to fix my issue and were never able to resolve it, yet wont refund me my money because it was past 60 days since they charged me. WOW! Poor business and thats called a thief!

I had a very unforgettable time using Geek Squad at this Best Buy. The entire GS system needs to be revamped and modernized to better meet with the client expectations. My laptop was being work on for about four weeks, they couldnt ever tell me what exactly they were doing but insisted I confirm the higher prices, and when they finally did finish they sent it back without the trackpad hooked up and it had to be sent back out.All that being said, the Geek Sqad at this Best Buy handled my issue with dignity and respect. They understand the issues that happened and handled it as best they could. I appreciate the service from these gentlemen but highly suggest someone speak with upper management so that they can better implement new procedures that better supply a more efficient service.

I had outstanding service today from Matt at Geek Squad in the Best Buy Greenwood store.I had prepared myself for a long, expensive ordeal, but Matt fixed my problem in just a few minutes and very economically! Thank you Matt and Geek Squad! You made my day!

Drove all the way out here from pittsboro with and apt to get my phone screen fixed, stood in line without any one aknowlegeding me for 15 mins then when they rudely told me someone wouid be with me to check me in. I was told that I was too late for my apt !!!!! I stood in line for 15 mins which made me late and they couldn’t do anything about it told me I had to reschedule !!!!!!!! Not very friendly either
