IT Indianapolis (John and Shawn) were awesome to work with. Recently our network died after many years. We were out of business until it could be replaced. John and Shawn were able to come by within hours . They assessed the situation and set up an appointment to replace our entire network the next day. They did all the shopping for me and performed all the proper tune-ups prior to me using it. Caleb was polite, calm, and competent. He had my keyboard fixed in a little under an hour, coupled with a two day ordering time. For a grand total of 49 hours from phone call to service end. All told it cost around 65 dollars, much cheaper than the cost to replace a laptop. Would recommend without hesitation, coupled with lengthy hours and these get a rousing endorsement.

I would recommend the Geek Brigade to literally everyone! Great customer service, very knowledgeable, quick and affordable. They also werent condescending (like some are) when explaining what they did, how they fixed my issue, etc. I will definitely use them anytime I need a computer fixed.

I had a simple question regarding my wireless and printer set up. I received a home visit to help me out. I was further advised that for the laptops in my household, I could just call in and receive help on those as well. I greatly appreciate the help and availability. Jon and his team are simply awesome. I use them for my business and for my familys computer and IT needs. I referred my Mom to them and she was delightfully surprised how quick, easy and inexpensive they made the process for her. I would refer them to anybody.

My computer broke down and even with some IT experience and technical knowledge I was not able to fix my problem. I did not even expect to get it fixed but I thought I would try these guys in a last desperate effort. They not only fixed my problem way faster than I anticipated, the price I paid for the whole thing was extremely inexpensive! They replaced all the parts needed and while the shipping process took place, they let me take my computer home with their parts for no additional cost until my new parts arrived! I would definitely recommend coming to the Geek Brigade for any computer related problems. Overall, I paid around $120 for something that I expected to pay well over $300.

Total IDIOTS! Told my mom her computer was toast- ALL IT NEEDED WAS A NEW POWER CABLE! So she made the mistake of buying one from them. A complete piece of junk from CHINA that started shredding withing a week! They might be nice, but theyre INCOMPETENT!
