Cassie, I believe she is the manager, is phenomenal! We had been on the hunt for a storage unit for over a month before we decided to inquire about U-Stor . Cassie went above and beyond to make sure all of our questions were answered and was extremely personable. She didn’t have any units available when we first stopped by, but she made sure to keep our information and called us as soon as she had a unit available. Hands down, Cassie was the most kind and most helpful individual we’ve worked with during this process.

The staff at U-STOR are helpful and polite, and they were following COVID safety protocols. I feel that their security system is top-notch, and my items are safe there. Their prices are very reasonable.

The best thing I can say about the Greeenwood U-Stor is that during my time of renting here things have been pretty uneventful. I consider that high praise since that means no problems. It is safe and secure. The one time in approximately 8 years that there was a minor incident, I was contacted right away and everything was taken care immediately and to my satisfaction. The resident managers have always been courteous and its easy to pay at the facility or online.
