Great people..But the service ...isnt so effective.

Needed my AC fixed last summer. Was quick and reasonably priced, saved me thousands of dollars from what the dealership quoted me.

Had a Mass Air Sensor replaced, the next day I called and spoke to mike to just get a simple explanation on why I was charged twice the amount for part! 1st response I get. “Take it somewhere else then” I replied saying I’m not trying to argue just wanted an explanation. Then he hangs up!! Sorry but not sorry shouldn’t be this way having EGO up the gutter for just trying to get a better understanding. Correct me if I’m wrong Terrible Customer SERVICE, No way should an owner go that low! Facts!!

Great experience for Schedule B maintenance. Mike is really nice person. He is not like to ask you do some random unnecessary fix which costs you $$$.

Wonderful find for our family of cars. Mike addressed and fixed an A/C issue with a much more succinct approach than the other guys in town wanted. By identifying the true need for the repair, Mike was able to use fewer parts than others recommended and saved us what would have otherwise been a couple of car payments!

I very rarely will give somebody 5 stars because nobodys perfect, however I was traveling through Indianapolis when my car broke down. Mikes Auto Service was outstanding not only were they almost half the price of the other service shops in the area they were able to fix my car and get me back on the road the next day. Always fair and excellent service. Just took my Accord to a Honda dealer and they wanted $360.00 for front brakes and $450.00 for rear brakes, including turning the rotors . All dealers want to turn the rotors. Mike did the front brakes for half that (and the rotors did not need turning, as I suspected) and the rear brakes were O.K. He has done work for me for several years.

Mikes is the real deal, yall! They were so good to me. When I had a major problem they fixed it, and worked with me to pay for it. The job would have cost me $1000.00 at another shop, he quoted me $740.00, saving me over $200.00! They guarantee their work. When there was another minor issue, Mike himself made it right!! I had to get my mini van repaired on a budget and called every shop in Greenwood (or it seems like I did) and Mikes Auto gave me the most honest answers and guidance, also the best rate for what I needed done. 5+ Stars!! From Michigan, stuck in Indiana on a Sunday night with a front end steering problem and unsafe to drive. Text Mike on Monday with my info and problem a half hour before they opened, he text me back in ten minutes, said bring in at 10. Mike had already located one part and had a backup plan if he couldnt locate the other possibly broken part, on a 20 yr old BMW. They diagnosed, repaired and made it safe to drive back to Michigan. An hour and a half later I was back on the road heading home. Good honest place for quality work and very reasonable pricing!! Thanks Mike!

Im not always easy to deal with because Im that guy that thinks he can always fix stuff cheap if I just had the time. Mike always works with me, tells it like it is, and his prices are very fair. Never had a problem with their repairs. Only auto shop I go to in Greenwood now.

Went there with the expectations of getting car overhauled so I could get back an fourth from Indy to Greenwood. Charged me 430$ to change wires. Needed a head gasket and oil replaced. Oil was over a quart low when I got my car back. Not good service at all. They lied to my face.

Mikes auto shop is Amazing! First place that didnt tell me to get a new car! Due to bad weather and the car behind me bumping me into a pole. My front bumper was pushed in and raidiator busted. Mikes replaced the part and made my bumper normal!

Site claims that they work on bmws and do major repairs on them. Called and the gentleman said he wouldnt look at my battery drain issue. False advertising.
