I’ve been a client with Heather’s Brookson Insurance agency for around 7 years now and I could not be more pleased with the service I’ve received from day one. I’ve tried a number of other insurance companies, both large and small, as well as independent agents and something has always made me want to keep shopping for better or more affordable service. But after meeting Heather and interacting with her the first time I knew I found a company, and specifically an agent, that I would be happy with for good. She’s been absolutely amazing over the past seven years and has helped me resolve every single issue or need with exceptional efficiency and competency. She’s also been fantastic at always helping me choose the best policy at the best price for my particular needs. I don’t have a single complaint and I can’t recommend her agency more highly. Everyone in the office has been amazing. Very quick to respond and have went out of there way to help me when I needed. My rates were half of what I was paying with my other insurance agency. They also went over coverage and what was available to me and it was still more than half of what I was paying prior

If she cannot save you money over what your current policy premium is she will not write your policy. In many cases she has a policy that will work since she represents Erie and several other companies. It does not cost to ask for a review and it may save you money. Brookson Insurance writes my commercial insurance and I am pleased with the cost and professionalism of the agency.

We have dealt with a lot of providers over the years and would say to use anyone but this office and Erie! Rates are not competitive and HORRIBLE customer service. A LOT of excuses, apologetic emails, texts, and phone calls, but error after error after error. The final straw was when this office was telling us, suddenly, that they can no longer process annual payments for premiums. We own 6 properties and I prefer to pay annually. The switch happened when they got a new office manager and we believe it is her incompetence. We started migrating our auto insurance when we received a collection notice rather than a courtesy call. Lynda or Heather never processed our payment for auto. It took MONTHS to get the owner, company, and lender names correct on all of the policies. I have never had to spend so much time messing with insurance (and we are the rare people who shop & switch every few years). DO yourself and go somewhere else.

I have been doing business with this agency for several years now and I can not say enough good things about how they handle my account. I have a large flooring company, and I will admit we can be a very needy bunch. Every time we do a job we have to proof of insurance so we can get paid. Every one of course has to specific to the customer we are working for at the time. Heather, Lynda, and Nicki are right there and never hesitate to help us out. I cannot say enough good things about this office. We switched to Brookson from Farmers about two years ago due to cost and several ill handled incidents with Farmers. This past week our two year old twins flooded the upstairs bathroom. Within thirty minutes of calling Brookson, they sent out people to start drying out the water damage. Connie from Brookson called us twice throughout the day to check in, see if we had any questions and if we were pleased with the work so far. We had a claim number within an hour of calling as well and an adjustor the next day. Thank you for being so amazing and making a hard situation easier, Brookson!

I have tried to file a claim with this insurance company and was hung up on by the owner Heather. My house had the roof fall in, part of another section was not even fininshed, I have nails that are grossly coming through all parts of my home and has destroyed my cathedral ceilings and if that were not enough there is extensive damage to my hardwood floors and kitchen due to horrible water damage. IBrown construction and Modern construction are both responsible for this. The entire time this has happened there was no one to speak with because they had no one at my house who spoke English. They just took my money and destroyed my house and left me with a growing mess. Now the insurance company has hung up on me
