Maddie at the front desk was incredibly kind and responsive. I’m high risk and very concerned about safety. She went to great lengths to make sure my visit was comfortable. Jenny Stevens was AMAZING. Great massage!! I’d highly recommend this place (and Jenny if you’re getting a massage!).

I recently booked a group spa day for my daughter-in-law to be and her bridal party. Lisa, Jessica and the entire staff provided impeccable service and hospitality. It was an absolutely wonderful way to start the wedding weekend festivities. I love this spa!!

A hidden gem! There are many services most dont even know about that are spectacular! The staff are very skilled and wonderful to their clients. Most have been there for overs 10 years, if that gives you an idea about the owners and how they treat their employees!I highly recommend this beautiful spa!

Absolutely amazing! Everyone was accommodating and friendly! I did a full spa day, and it was totally worth it! Katie at the front desk made everything easy and convenient. Danielles 90 min facial was amazing. It checked so many boxes and is by far, the best facial Ive ever had! Kerrys (sp?) massage was exactly what I love and what I needed; the perfect mix of deep and relaxing. Amy did an awesome job on my toes and fingers, and made the whole process relaxing. Lunch from Panera was included and was perfectly timed in the midst of all my different services. This crew undoubtedly made my day. I already booked my next one! Thank you, ladies of Ethereal!

Recently purchased a gift card from Ethereal Day Spa, for my daughters birthday. They indicated it would be personally delivered in a small box with a bow. They offered to deliver it in person on her birthday. Transaction went smoothly. On the day of her birthday, Ethereal Day Spa ring the door bell and delivered the gift. My daughter was thrilled to receive this gift and sent a photo. Much to my surprise, they not only tied it up with a bow, it was wrapped in a beautiful box. They not only took the time to deliver the gift card, it was gracelessly and beautifully wrapped!Both my daughter and son-in-law have had massages and facials at Ethereal Day Spa. They are spoiled. I highly recommend Etheral Day Spa. I have been going for eyebrow and bikini waxing and facials with Mary for several years. She is awesome! I also love their products - i use the Obagi Sun Shield daily for my face and also the Lalicious hydrating body butter - Sugar Reef and Sugar Coconut are my favorite scents. For massage, Olga and Jay are AMAZING! I wish i had more time to actually get massages.

My husband bought me a spa package for my birthday; massage, facial and pedicure. It was amazing, relaxing and rejuvenating. Ill be back for sure.

Recently got the 6 hour package I left just shy of 5 hours after arriving. They explained when I made the reservation that the body mask couldnt be done there because of COViD, I asked if I could take it with me to do at home and they said I could. At my appointment they didnt have the body mask, claiming they couldnt make it and I would have to come back. So I drove back, 2 days later, on a day i worked a double, to get what i believed was a body mask made at the location. Instead i got a prepackaged body scrub they couldve easily grabbed off the shelf that dayOverall not as relaxing as i needed. I hate that my services were spread out over days, ultimately not even getting what I paid for. After 2 days Im still incredibly sore from the massage and fingers and toes and chipping pretty badly (I do work a lot in kitchens, but my feet are always covered so thats a little surprising). Facial was ok, but definitely looking a different spa next time I treat myself

The massages here are amazing! Jay and Olga are absolutely body mechanics! Come on for a general tune up, or let them know what hurts and theyll help straighten you out.

I had a deep tissue massage with Brian this past Monday. One of the best massages I have had. Brian knows the body and where to hit to release tension. He also listens when the pressure may be too intense. I highly recommend this spa and Brian. You cannot go wrong. As a marathon runner, I will definitely be returning.

If you are looking to get the best deep tissue massage of your life, I highly recommend JoAnne. She is by far the best massage therapist I have had and am so thankful I found her. I try to go in about once a month. Her knowledge of the body and how it works is beyond most massage therapist and it shows. She is super passionate and cares about what she does. You will not be disappointed going to see JoAnne, I guarantee it!!

I have been to Ethereal twice now in the last 6 months and both times had Jay- who is incredible. Some of the best massages I have ever had and plan to come back over anywhere else. The rest of the staff and front desk ladies are so friendly and the atmosphere of the spa is very calm and personal allowing you the time to relax.

Brian Is an incredible healer. He is very intune with the peoples needs and does fantastic trigger point and sports massage. His knowledge of the body is vast. You do not want to miss getting some body work done with him!

I have been going to ethereal for years and I wish I had started sooner. I love getting facials, my husband and I have had the Banya treatment, weve had countless other massages and everything has been wonderful. I also buy all my skin care products at ethereal. Their products are always fresh, never expired and they are very helpful in choosing new products to try.

I forgot the name of the masseuse I think it was Karen maybe? Anyways, she was WONDERFUL. Probably the best massage Ive ever had, and considering my history in basketball, tennis, and swimming, she has able to navigate the pain and relief like a champ. I would love to go back as much as I can afford to! :)

I went to Ethereal for the first time in January and have been back many times. They have great customer service, but most importantly their treatments have been consistently good. I have been especially impressed with their massage therapists. I will definitely go back again.

I had such a wonderful day today at Ethereal. Two years ago, I bought my two sisters and mother gift certificates to this spa (never having been there, just thought it might be nice). One of them lost the card, but Ethereal honored all three. We all got the Banya and facials, and had an amazing, relaxing, wonderful day. Polly did my facial and Ellen did my massage, and both were wonderful. The staff was kind and friendly, the location was cozy and warm, and we were constantly being offered water, tea, a blanket, etc. I highly recommend having an experience here.

The staff is so inviting, kind and complimentary. They consistently make me feel like I am their only customer! I leave feeling rejuvenated and centered.

Ethereal facials, massages and pedicures are the best in the city. Esthetician offers consistent quality and she makes me feel like a million bucks. Masseuse has a flow and pressure that eases your muscles. Relaxing environment, clean spaces make this the top spa in town.

I went to Ethereal Day Spa twice for a manicure and once for a massage. I would have to give Amanda 5 stars for an amazing deep tissue massage. I will be definitely coming back only because of her. The manicures, thats completely a different story. The first time I went, it was not great, but somewhat ok. Second time, it was a disaster. I was hoping to have my nails perfectly done for a special occasion and instead, I walked away with horribly looking hands. I went home, removed the nail polish right away and had to make an appointment at my local salon, where they did an excellent job. So if it were not for a massage with Amanda, I would definitely not be coming back at all.

Staff was friendly however a relaxing experience I was hoping for turned out to be more stressful. The mens changing room floor was slimy gross. The staff had no idea what was going on. I was told they had a mix up with rooms and I had to walk down to the mens locker room. I walked down to a stinky locker room where I was suppose to be greeted by another staff to get the massage. I was sitting there in my robe waiting to be greeted by no one. I ended up walking back up stairs to cancel my appointment. They did offer a free 1 hour massage to make up for the mix up. Hope whomever reads this has a better relaxing experience than I did.

Ethereal Day Spa is relaxing and an escape after a workout or just a hectic day. Ive been getting massages for years there and also gift my children massages after flying in for visits.

The spa was beautiful, the staff was so kind, and I seriously cant say enough amazing things about my ashiatsu massage with Alina. Im pretty sure I slept for the rest of the day when I got back home afterwards lol!! Ill be back very soon.

I recently had the immense pleasure of having a massage with Stephanie Leyden. Let me tell you, it was one of the best massages I have ever had. After driving 30 hours in 2 days, I was hurting all over. She really read my body and knew exactly what I needed. She was so responsive. She talked to me before the massage about what I was looking for. She asked me about the level of pressure during the massage. Other than that, she did not talk to me during the massage, which I appreciate. She did a lot of stretching which felt great and was very helpful. I just cant say enough about how much better I felt after my massage. I highly recommend having a massage w/ Stephanie. Regarding Ethereal Day Spa in general, it is always a lovely experience. I was greeted by Daniel (this is not his normal job). He took great care of me. Offering me water and getting me a locker. The spa was immaculate. It was very quiet and serene. The music was relaxing and perfect. I cant wait until I can go back!

I was in town for the Solheim Cup this past week, walking up and down hills all day and getting sunburned. I had an extra day here, so I grabbed a coupon at the hotel and called, and called, and called. I looked them up online and they had horrible reviews. I saw another spa on the list and called, and they returned my call( within 30 minutes) and fit me in with the two services that I wanted: massage and facial. Ethereal is located in a sports complex, however, once you enter their door....a totally different vibe. A wonderful, friendly welcome, and very nice robes, a luxurious changing area with lockers (that lock) so you are not burdened with keeping track of all of your things. My massage was so wonderful. Jenna was seasoned and listened to my needs and put me at ease right away, and gave a superb massage. My facial was one of the best facials that I have had. Mary took the time to really look and feel my skin to recommend the correct facial for my needs. She was so skilled, it was like a ballet being performed on my face. I am not a spa rookie, I have worked in the spa environment before and these ladies rank well above most that I have experienced. I feel lucky to have happened upon them while researching another spa (which left me a phone message, finally, while I was getting my services done at Ethereal!). I took a handful of brochures to give to the hotel concierge so they can help make someones day when asked for a referral. They threw the other spa coupons away! .......My muscles and skin thank you!

I came into ethereal day spa for a massage on some back pain and they signed me with the fixer aka Debra Lyons I went in to the massage and was greeted well told her my issues and she talked them esaly and the pain went away right when I was done with the massage and now I understand why they call her the fixer thanks mum for making the pain go away and I would highly recommed her for a massage she will fix any problem you have
