My apartment complex uses them and they often pickup after 10pm which would be fine if they made any effort to be quiet rather than making so much noise that Ive often woken up thinking people were trying to break in. They also just put the recycling in the dumpster with the rest of the trash. And last night they picked up, but then just left 6 or 7 bags of trash in the elevator and since today is a holiday it has sat in there making the elevator and most of the building stink.

Trash service claiming to ensure the highest customer service sure failed. Why arent there business hours posted? And, why do employees work at night with no management? Ive called twice while the creepy worker was here, and straight to a voicemail.

Dont ever pick up my trash andwant to charge me 40-50 dollars for them not doing their job ! They suck dint ever use Thomas business
