This company is a joke! They employ people knowing the persons background and yet have them work tons of hours being salary, drive between multiple stores and help out, get called at all hours to help with alarms going off for stores they dont even work at and not train the person at all but the entire time telling them they are ready for this position to then hire someone else and train them behind your back before letting you go. Also keep managers who steal from the company money to buy their own lunch and to wear jogging pants and a torn tshirt as a uniform. What a joke!!!!!

I have had the privilege and honor to work with and for the Leeds West Groups for 16 months and I can truly say it has been awesome. The philosophy from the top is to do whatever it takes to do right by every customer and employee. Work hard and respect each other for the job they have to do. I have worked for Midas for 19 years. Our franchise group, ASE Inc., was purchased by LWG 1.5 years ago. Honestly, I was nervous about the change. Thankfully, LWG has exceeded all expectations and I couldn’t be more pleased. We definitely work hard, but we are rewarded for all of our efforts. Upward mobility happens to great performers on a regular basis as our company grows. I am truly excited about the future and am proud to be part of this amazing team!

Two weeks have passed since the day my car was slammed into the alignment rack and destroyed at your Newton NJ Midas franchise location. My car has been sitting at a body shop since. The body shop can not move forward due to lack of communication on the insurance adjusters end. I can not move forward due to the lack of communication on Leeds West Groups end. You own extremely dangerous shops and employ shotty, know nothing children. If you havent already killed someone by running shops in this manner, Im positive at some point you will. This situation was handled in the most unprofessional way imaginable from the start. From the mechanics lying and claiming it was pre-existing damage,(eye witnessed it take place) through management and straight up into corporate Midas,to vice presidents and Senior vice presidents at Leeds. I have done all and continue to do all the leg work in resolving what your Midas location did to both my car and my life. I possess both video and picture evidence of what was done to my car,as well as what goes on for the next 3 hours that Im left sitting in my trashed car waiting for someone to take responsibility. I have been confide in by Midas employees, Enterprise employees and the body shop that have all told me the most awful stories imaginable about customers cars and damage caused to them at this location. The reviews confirm it.I have more of a mechanical background than anyone in your shop. Im calling you out on your unsafe,untrained, dangerous, upsale bs. Ive witnessed customers lied to,left waiting while the mechanics did unpaid work on a friends car. Yes, all of them at once. Tires are rotated without qc or testdrive. Upsale is disgusting and appalling. Youre basically wiping your rear ends with the Midas name and you couldnt care less so long as the money is still coming in. The reviews Ive read on many of your franchise locations are exactly the same. From wheels coming off cars to management being caught in lies,mechanics breaking/damaging or having no clue how to fix what they have taken apart. Work performed with out consent, price raking, etc etc. I have no plans of walking away and forgetting about this situation. I have a conscience and I cant allow you to endanger your customers the way you do, or treat them the way you do.I havent even gotten so much as an apology.Somebody definitely needs to put your company under a microscope, conduct an investigation and see whats actually going on.NICE FAKE REVIEWS GUYS.. YOU DO REALIZE TWO CAN PLAY AT THAT GAME

Midas is barely a half step above from jiffy lube. The only difference between them and jiffy lube is jiffy lube doesnt do brakes.......... yet. These guys only care about.a profit and could care less about your car. Dont fall for the ruse. Avoid. Go elsewhere! And half of their district managers and managers dont have a clue about true automotive service. All that matters are their numbers at the end of the day.Jiffy lube is considering doing brakes in the nar future, so that makes midas on a plateau with midas. BEWARE!!

Leeds West is the owner of Big O/Midas. Beware. These franchises promote and encourage their employees to lie to their customers. Employees are told to inflate standard labor rates and, if having a slow day, add a few hundred dollars onto their customers bills. If a customer is complaining about their bill, you are instructed to add a few hundred dollars on and then give a discount. This practice is supported by the district manager of Midas and the manager in charge at Leeds west. If you arent willing to lie to your customers, you will be terminated and lose everything. I highly suggest Leeds west look into the practices and ethics of their managers in charge of their owned franchises. I would be embarrassed if these practices were going on within my company.
