Dont rent from REGUS! They made three charges to my account for a total of over $4,000.00 for an office I already left last month and turned in the keys.The guy who showed me the office refused to tell me what the rent and deposit was after I asked several times, he told me it would be on my contract in my e-mail. They also hid in small print the amount for the deposit, they do not give you a move in total on your contract. They also hid the link to the move out guidelines in small print at the bottom of that e-mail, those instructions are NOT on your contract and do not print out as part of your contract. It simply states month to month, very misleading. If it doesnt print out on the contract, its NOT part of the contract.They also dont tell you that you have to pay for parking, its not included in rent and they dont tell you how much it will be. It must be in one of the hidden links I didnt see.They dont want to tell you how expensive it will be because if they did, no one would rent from them, and then once you leave, theyll make illegal charges on your account without your knowing like the thieves they are.

Theresa kept hanging up on me when I was just trying to ask a simple question. I was just trying to help but this lady didnt want to give me more than 10 seconds of her time. Rude.

I decided to do a quick review as I have been with this Regus office for several years now. They are Excellent! Jacklynn, Julie and everyone else there always does an excellent job.Whenever I ask them to do me a favor by checking for a certain package or envelope, or maybe some other task, they always help out. They go above and beyond and provide an excellent service!! Highly recommend.
