Absolutely LOVED working with Swoozies for my Wedding invitations! Thank you especially to Caroline who helped me work within my budget and answered multiple emails and calls from me. A truly great experience!

I had the worst customer service when I went in to ask for help finding something. First the person barely looked up and pointed in the direction it should be located. When I couldn’t find it she acted like I was such an inconvenience being in there. I will not recommend anyone at all.

I called ahead and specifically asked if the store had items that I could personalize and give at a baby shower coming up this weekend. I was told that they had a whole baby wall that I could choose from. The lady on the phone did say that things like embroidery would have to be sent out but that they had items that they could personalize right there in the store. This store is extremely far from where I live but I made the drive in rush hour. When I got there I was so disappointed. They had a wall of baby stuff but none of which I could personalize in the store besides a frame that was very unattractive. I really wish I had gone somewhere else. I am bummed that theThings Remembered store closed.

I have been wanting to go to Swoozies for some time now. I finally got to the store today. The 2 ladies in the store taking in great dismay about Atlanta turning into a Blue state need to remember that a store is not a political forum. They should move out of Denver if Blue voters upset their bias so much. I will order my stationary on line. Such a disappointment on so many levels.

This store is lovely and the staff is excellent. The graphic designer, Amanda, went above and beyond when we were in a pinch to get invitations printed quickly. They turned out even better than expected, were done in an hour and looked beautiful. She had to redo the entire formatting and worked quickly to get it done. I also found some great birthday gifts while I was there. Love this store, the selection and the staff!

Super-fun gifts for all ages! Amazing and helpful staff - they even do helium balloons with a smile :) I always love wandering around, browsing, and discovering new things!

I loved working with Swoozies for all the invitations and printing needs for my wedding! They were way more reasonably priced than other stationers and had far more creative options for the design of my invitations. They have an in-house graphic designer who walks you through the process, is extremely professional, and takes time to pay attention to every detail of your design. She was great at communicating with me on a regular basis. They provided top-notch customer service every step of the way. I would highly recommend them for any event you might be planning.

I went in to look for a birthday present and was greeted with a Hi, and nothing else. I was literally the only person in the store. The two people working didnt ask me if I needed help with anything, even as I circled the store several times. I wont be going back. This business needs to work on its customer service or lack thereof.

A very cute store for anything decorative and fun! There is a massive selection with great unique brands! We always come here for the holidays and to get cards!

Tiny bit of a snooty vibe initially when I asked a question. After getting them to laugh, they warmed up and were helpful. They had what I was looking for, so Ill be back for more.

Dont shop at this place, especially if its online. I ordered two water bottles, they both arrived damaged, and customer service didnt bother to return a call or email, even though I called and emailed several times. Terrible way to treat your customers, especially for an expensive product that arrives broken. Take your business elsewhere.

Disappointing. Hallmark store used to be in the same location. Too many damn cups and service 8s average.

Coming from a retail background, I was extremely disappointed with the customer service, or should I say lack there of. The two sales workers were very rude. I do not plan on going back there.
