I needed a plaque done with a quick turnaround time. Tiffany and team jumped to it and got the plaque done in ample time. The team dealt with a handful of changes on our end and still produced exactly what we needed. The staff is friendly and works really well together. We will be back.

I called Award and Sign to ask about getting 5 trophys. I have never ordered trophys and was not certain the exact names of what we were looking for. The lady who answered the phone became easily frustrated (while I am very patient and respectful this was uncalled for). She proceeded to be rude after I asked how quickly we could get something engraved and hung up on me as I was saying thank you. I called another shop and they told me exactly what I needed and when to expect it. By the looks of the other reviews they may turn out well but the customer service was NOT there.

This is a local gem. Beautiful selection of awards, plaques, and just about any item you can think of to print on. The staff is very friendly, helpful, and knowlegable. I was amazed to find out they have their own people designing and crafting one of a kind creations. From the quiet exterior, you just wouldnt guess the amazing things to come out of this place. I was extremely pleased to deal with this company. I needed a banner printed for a non-profit I bike for. My friend Chris works there and I contacted him last minute about what I needed done. If it werent for him and Award and Sign, I do not know if I could of had the banner in time. Award and Sign was very professional and pleasant to deal with. Once they caught wind of my cause and why I was riding for charity, they were gracious enough to donate the banner. If they had a sixth star to rate them with, I would give it to them!

Award and Sign created and printed a custom banner for my small business. They perfectly captured exactly how I wanted the banner to look and the customer service was second to none! I highly recommend!

If I could give a no star, I would. After calling to see if they could do some t-shirts with a logo, they said they could, so I went in today to get a quote on a rough draft I worked up. The girl behind the counter handed me a large catalog to pick something out! The catalog didnt just have t-shirts, so I told her I wasnt familiar with her catalog and could she show me what I was after. This after I explained exactly what we were wanting. She turned to a page and I asked her if this supplier could do v-neck or scoop neck and she said Im sure they could. I asked her if they had samples of the shirt... no, but I can order one in. They have no samples there of any fabric t-shirt. I suppose if you want an award or sign made, they can help you.Then as I was asking her questions, a woman came in and she asked her what she wanted. Well, she wanted to place an order! So she started to help her! Thats when I walked out.Poor customer service... dont know your product... no samples... no t-shirts ... no customer her!Found a small place on sw corner of University & Arapahoe. They DO T-SHIRTS! Fast customer service!

Award & Sign made our holiday so special!Each year for many, MANY years, the graduates from a tiny Iowa town have gotten together with the other classes for their annual reunion. This past year, my mothers grade school/High School was torn down. The loss of the school itself leaves a significant hole in the community and underscores the fact that the town has died and the graduates are dying. (Sounds very harsh just put out there like that.)Anyway, my sister managed to grab a couple of the old bricks that were left from the demolition. The week before Christmas, Sherry and her staff created the most beautiful, marble toned plaque to be affixed to it. The plaque listed the relevant facts of the school and boasted a turn of the 20th century drawing as well. The folks at Award & Sign understood how important this tiny, personal project was and treated my sister as if she was their oldest, largest, most loyal client. They provided a beautiful box and cut foam for the interior to fit just right as well. It made the brick a treasure, and not just from a sentiment point of view.My mom, who is now 75, wept. She was so happy. Nothing could have touched her more. My thought is, if Sherry and her team treated our tiny last minute project like this, Id definitely trust them to the largest, most exacting client. I could not recommend them more highly.
