Jesse was absolutely the best. He definitely cares about his workers. He goes above and beyond. Ive had plenty of staffing agencies pretend to care about you then end up only catering to their clients. He definitely made sure my worth was highlighted and made sure things stayed fair. I truly appreciate him and his professionalism. Will definitely be going back if I ever need to in the future.

I was apprehensive when I first learned WSi was a staffing agency; the last staffing agency I had used didn’t assist me hardly at all and had waisted my time. Upon my arrival to the office, I could tell that this would be a better experience! Jesse R. and Patricia were patient and understanding of the demands of my limited time and what I was looking for. With-in a few days of my initial meeting I received a call from Jesse with a possible opening that matched what I was looking for. He was able to schedule my interview quickly despite the limited time I had available. The amount of care and attention from Jesse throughout the entire process was above and beyond my expectations. Helpful for a Lyft exam

I have been with WSI now for 3 years and I love this agency. I have read some of reviews here and I am absolutely appalled at the disgruntled who have made disparaging remarks about this agency because WSI bends over backwards to match their healthcare staff with the shifts and type of facilities requested. If this agency were not the ultimate in professionalism, I would not be working for them. But, I guess you cant please everyone, so its a good thing for those few that there are a lot of agencies out there. I have no idea why anyone would make a blatantly false and absurd statement saying WSI is a temp agency because they are not! Its up to the individual how much they wish to work. I consistently refer nursing staff to WSI because I am confident they will appreciate what WSI has to offer. Ive so appreciated having basically everything online...such as the WSI Calendar for scheduling shifts. I also like that at the end of each shift I am able to simply fill out the online timesheet through my mobile phone and then have a supervisor at the facility I have worked, sign it. I have the utmost respect for my recruiter, Lisa, and she works so hard to please her recruits. Seriously folks, if you are sincere and want a great agency, WSI is one of the very best!

Thats BS! They clearly state they are a staffing agency for therapists. You can do PRN work locally or take a temporary travel position. Those travel positions get listed with many different staffing agencies, so one may be gone by the time WSI hears it was filled already. They have been nothing but great to me for PRN work. I highly recommend them as an employee, and as a former customer. They were the ONLY therapy staffing agency that made me take a test in my discipline, and it was a well-written test. So when I was a manager and needed therapists to fill in, I knew I could count on good ones coming from WSI.

Warning! when you see a job ad from wsi healthcare personnel theres no mention that this is a temp agency and the posted jobs dont actually exist --this is a bait and switch scam.Theyll make you go thru hours and hours of online tests, give up all kinds of personal info, only to find out the job openings theyve listed arent real. Save yourself the time and frustration and go to a legit employment agency, wsi is a scam.
