I have done contract/project work through the Addison Group, and had the good fortune to connect with Molly Frank. Perhaps the most important point is that she has taken an interest in my success. She is good at following up with me while I am at a client, and checking in with me between clients.Molly coached me through interview preparation, in spite of my seasoned experience. I was grateful because it takes a confident recruiter to be willing to do that.Molly is thorough in pulling out of me the details of my prior experience to be sure that I’m a good fit with a potential client, and that client is a good fit for me. Molly is consistently professional, optimistic, and honest. I give a strong recommendation for the Addison Group and Molly Frank.
I am very happy that recruiters from the Addison Group contacted me regarding my resume. The Addison Group is very professional and reliable company, and my recruiter Molly is fantastic! She is very positive and energetic, and I really enjoy working with her. She was giving me a call every week and learning more about me and my strengths and weaknesses until I got a job. Molly provided training prior to an interview, and helped me to get a great contract job with a great company. Molly always follows up on my needs. This company has a different approach to help people to find a job and really wants to understand the needs of candidates. I am very impressed with this company, and I would highly recommend Molly and the Addison Group!
Upon partnering with Molly for my career search I immediately recognized the difference between her and Addison Group’s approach compared to other agencies-total commitment. Molly took the time to get to know me, my reasons, strengths and weaknesses.Molly addressed all the above during our recap and provided guidance in regard to my resume content with the intent to improve my overall offering. After completing my resume homework I was not surprised when Molly responded with further constructive feedback. This was true partnership in action which provided me with a feeling of support, urgency and importance that burgeoned my confidence in Molly’s process.I became convinced and quite confident that this exercise would bear fruit with all probability. That said, Molly remained accessible and very driven regarding the success of our partnership throughout the process. I feel very fortunate to have worked with Molly and Addison Group on my career search and highly recommend Molly and Addison Group’s expertise in career placement.
Karina at Addison is an AWESOME recruiter! I was so nerves, after working at my last job for 15 years and not having interview exposure in sometime but Karina saved the day! She helped me get over all of my jitters and really prepared me for my interviews. With her wonderful interview training and encouragement I scored an contract assignment and now started an permanent position at an Great company. I would highly recommend Addison Group!
I have worked with Addison Group for years because I was in school and didnt want to commit to a company. Miranda was amazing to work with. I was seeking a permanent position and I worked with Carolyn Samay. She asked me what I was looking for in an employer and she found the perfect full-time permanent position for me. Again, very easy to work with and responsive to any requests. I plan to grow with my current employer but would definitely recommend Addison Group for anyone in the market!
Sophie at Addison is such an amazing recruiter! She really listened to what I was looking for in a company to work for, went to bat for me to ensure my salary would be what I deserved and didnt waste time with positions that were below what she thought my pay grade should be. She was always incredibly quick in responding to any and all questions I had, even if it wasnt during work hours! So incredibly kind as well, you can tell she cares about what she does. Now that she helped me get a position at an amazing company she still checks in to ensure I am happy where Im at and if I have any questions or concerns she can help with! Seriously, if you are looking for a job, ask for Sophie. She will make job hunting a breeze and something to be excited about!
Staff member Juliette Pisano pay attention to details and also the types of jobs youre seeking. Also they would give you a guide to certain questions that will be asked on the day of your interview and also coach you on how to answer certain questions. I am very happy with my current position and where I wok. Thank you.
Addison Group reached out to me when I needed a job change. Their timing was perfect. They placed me with a great company. Whitnee, my rep has been terrific. She has been very attentive and checks in on me regularly.
My experience with Addison Group in Denver, and my recruiter Molly Frank was stellar. They found me a position that I love, and took the stress out of negotiating compensation by doing it for me. I would recommend working with the Addison Group if you are in the market for a new position.
Addison Group was awesome in getting me connected with interviews and opportunities, even helped place me at my current job. Carolyn Samay was fantastic as a recruiter and is the reason I have a job now. I truly appreciate what Addison Group has done for me.
Addison Group is AMAZING!! Juliette, my recruiter and truley s the best!! She is very professional, addresses your employment needs and really helps get you connected to employers! Communication is amazing and she makes you feel valued and gives you step by step feedback thru the entire process!! I will recommend ADDISON Group to anyone who is in the job market and also to employers who are in need of employees!! Juliette Pisano is an absolute joy to work with. Her ethics and caring ways make her an exceptional agent. She is supportive and always available. Juliette provides outstanding services.
Molly Frank has been amazing finding me the perfect placements after having a baby. She is great!
A complete waste of time. I got nothing but headaches from this agency. Please stay away from them, please ignore their phone calls. They tend to lure you in when youre at your most vulnerable and say that your resume is so impressive. Then they...stop contacting you. They build you up and bring you down in a second. They will never contact you back.STAY AWAY!
Juliette has been the most amazing person to work with! Helpful, knowledgeable, understanding and professional. I have referred multiple people to work with The Addison Group!
Whitnee is my recruiter, she’s excellent in all she does! I thank her so much for all she does for me. Addison Group is the best thank you all so much for helping me out when needed 😁 Marlena Leal
Ive worked with Addison Group, on & off, for a few years now. Ive never had a bad experience. They not only listen, they understand and that means alot. Thank you Karina, for placing me with my current position & for following up with me to make sure Im okay. All I can say is they should get ten stars because This Group Rocks!
So I just wanted to thank Whitnee Scannell at Addison Group for all her help in helping me get work. She helped me to obtain a job again and appreciate all her coordinating of all paperwork and events. Shes always been helpful and good at following up just to see how things are going. Thanks to all for your help.Karen Raczka
When Whitnee Scannell and Addison Group reached out to me for a position I had no idea how fast things would move. Granted, every case and position is different, but she reached out to me in early May and by June I was already working! Shes always kept in touch with me throughout my hiring process as well as when I started my new position. If you want to work with the best company, Whitnee and Addison Group, reach out to them today!
I previously had a bad experience with this group with a recruiter that never followed up. I thought I’d give them another chance, I spoke to their recruiter on Monday and we scheduled a face call for Wednesday.I got stood up. I sent an email after waiting an hour, and the recruiter said my number wasn’t working.Mind you, I had been receiving face phone calls all morning and I had been making face phone calls all morning with my family. All this Recruter had to do was call me the same way that they did two days prior, and say they were having difficulty with face time. Or use something more universal and non space age like Microsoft teams, which automatically puts the call on your calendar, not possible to miss a call with Microsoft teams. I don’t believe that the excuse of, your number isn’t working, is professional, especially when my number is clearly working. I believe they missed the FaceTime appointment, or did not know how to use face time and used a lame Excuse instead of taking accountability for missing the appointment. They answer emails at the speed of light, why didn’t they send me an email saying, hey your number is not working, if that was truly the case. I would’ve initiated the call right then and there, but to not send me an email right when they claim my phone is not working, unprofessional. I had to contact them. I told this Recruter I can initiate the call (via email, this Recruter‘s chosen communication tool) no response back, and the appointment was missed. It’s unprofessional not to respond to the “product”. I’m well aware I am not your client, but if you keep on turning away the product, you’re going to be presenting a very small pond of talent to your clients. This company has proven itself unreliable and has no respect for your time, or the time that is necessary to properly vet a candidate for their client. Keep in mind you’re placing the product at facilities that are going to need the service of recruiters. Your products will become your clients, you might want to keep that in mind.
Friendly & willing to work with your needs
I just want to give a shout out to Mike Maxwell at Addison Group for always being friendly and extremely helpful with helping me get a position. Most recently he helped me obtain a position back in the industry that is my passion!! Im making way more money, and doing something I love. Mike, I cant thank you enough for how genuine, and receptive you are -you truly are a God send! Thank you so much! And also thanks to Katie, you guys are awesome!!!!
I can’t express how grateful I am for having Whitnee reach out to me from Addison group. She helped me get hired to be part of an amazing team at my current employer. Addison Group is such a great, caring, strong, and organized company that even after I was hired she would check up on me to see how my new job was going. Thank you again Addison Group for all that you do!
Very best experience with Addison Group!
Very friendly and supportive office - Much more so than other temp. agencies I have worked for. They really do care, and got me a job in a dog-friendly, casual office full of friendly people. The only reason I dont give them all 5 stars is that the job could pay better, but thats not the Agencys fault -
I would highly recommend Addison Group! Mackenzie did not and would not give up until we found the right position for me. I love what I do and the company I am contracting with. Mackenzie once again came to my rescue by finding me a second contract position after the first one ended! What a great team!
Had a great and easy experience with Addison group. Mackenzie was super helpful and they quickly found a placement for me. I was hired shortly after and really happy with my placement. Addison was great and I highly recommend them!
This is one of the worst recruiter experiences I have ever gone through. They insisted upon meeting face to face before submitting me for a position while a 30 minute phone conversation with most recruiters is adequate in this Denver market. Then once I was submitted for the position and the hiring manager wanted to interview me, the recruiter was 20 minutes late in calling me for my prep session. Once I finally got on the phone with him, it was literally an hour of him lecturing me on how to interview, what to say and not to say, asking me to answer questions as if I were already in an interview, and then telling me what he would have said differently. Might I also add that this was a mid to senior level professional position. For example, he asked me What would you say if they asked what you like best about your current position. So I delved into a few details- one of which was that I like the flexibility of the position and great benefits. I was told not to say anything about enjoying past benefits because its making it seem all about me. Well, pardon me for not ascribing to the corporate slave mentality!Addison Group- realize the interview process is a two way street and I am evaluating them as an employer JUST as they are evaluating me. Give me a break with your old school, condescending advice!I am an adult and a professional. I know how to interview. In fact, Ive been told I interview extremely well and it rarely takes me long to find a job when I set my mind to it. This process with Addison Group was patronizing and tedious to say the least. To make matters worse, I was pressured to provide references whom they called IMMEDIATELY before I was even halfway through the interview process and before I even knew if I really wanted to work for the company! How disrespectful to the people who I will now have to ask again because I refuse to work with Addison Group going forward. Finally, it turned out the hiring manager liked me a lot, but I didnt have the #1 thing they were looking for, which Addison Group should have known and therefore never submitted me for the position. And the ONLY reason I found this out was because I had to follow up two times during a course of a month following the second interview. Had I not asked twice for an update, Im sure I wouldnt have even heard back from them. They sure do their due diligence for their clients, but dont bother to give the talent (and their prospective revenue source) even close to the same respect. What a phenomenal waste of time and effort. I would never recommend this company.
Addison Group is friendly, easy to work with, and genuinely prioritizes your needs. You get the sense not only that they value matching you with a company, but that they also value your well being. I have been nothing but impressed by and grateful for Addison!
One day I got a call out of the blue from Kelley Monogue. She placed me in a great position at a great company. I have been with this company for a few months now. The people at Addison are great! Its been a wonderful experience so far. Thank you!
Great company to work for, the experience I have had with Addison Group was very professional. My recruiter was professional and understanding. She was very quick at finding me a position that fit my current situation. Thanks to my recruiter Whitnee Scannell she is the best she goes above and beyond. When it comes to being a recruiter, she is encouraging as well. Because of her I had a great experience with Addison Group. Thank You Whitnee!!!
Great group to work with in helping me find my new job. They made the process so easy and were very helpful.
Whitnee has been extremely helpful! She has kept in great touch with me and helped me find placements with an amazing company! I love Addison Group as a whole and would definitely recommend them and specifically Whitnee to anyone!!! Thank you!!!!
I was looking for work submitting resumes to anything and everything that I could find every single day, with no call backs. Then I got a call from Mark Jones with the Addison Group. He had me come in the next day and he took the time to get to know me and what I wanted career wise. Mark is so experienced, professional, and readily available even if I wasnt. He didnt work Mon-Fri 8-5. He worked around my schedule as early as 7 am or well into the evening returning my emails. I had at least 2-3 interviews a week with great companies much more then I had submitting my own resume. The Addison Group is absolutely amazing!!! Thank you thank you Mark Jones, Julie, Abby, & Adam you guys are GREAT!!!!!
Poor experience. They do not follow up well and as a professional seeking employment this staffing firm was not successful in assisting me. They clearly only care about putting numbers on a board.
I want to say Whitnee has been wonderfu . I didnt even have to call her for jobs as she followed up with me any time she had a job she felt was a fit for me. I now have a great job working through Addison group and even after getting the job Whitnee still follows up with me to check on me and see how things are goin . Great company and staff I strongly recommend them!
I had the good fortune of working with Whitnee Scannell. She was an excellent resource for finding my next job opportunity. I was interviewed and placed within one week of meeting with Whitnee. I am pleased to say that I have been with my current employer for a year and a half. In fact, my employer and I have agreed that we will retire together. Whitnee’s expertise in identifying my strengths so well, provided this great fit for me! I would highly recommend reaching out to Whitnee for your employment needs! She’s the best!!!
Thoroughly disappointed in this company. I do not recommend working with Katie Martinez located in Glenwood Springs, CO. My experience with her wasted my time and she was unable to respect my boundaries. Katie refrained from communicating with me through my email and insisted on communicating through her personal phone (specifically after work hours). When I was scheduled for my first job interview, Katie had forgotten the time and failed to update my resume as promised (even after giving requested updates more than a week prior to my interview). The Addison resume she provided was bland and humiliating, not to mention she inserted an Addison logo at the top that took up way too much space. I received the job offer and after my interview I told Katie I needed a day to integrate my interview. She wouldnt allow me to take even a day to think about it, she made me incredibly uncomfortable and was forceful in her ways as she began to tell me that she needed to know now (verbatim). I told her I would email her, I did and stated what my concerns were. Katie proceeded to call me twice that evening and after I didnt answer she texted me that I needed to respond by 9AM the next day. Her multiple calls and texts were disrespectful and she left me a voicemail requesting I call her on her personal phone as she had important news from the company I interviewed with (once again failing to respect my boundaries and respond to my email). I called her and she began to proceed negotiating with me like a car salesmen. I stated my desires and she said she would call me at 9AM the next morning. Well, that was this morning. And at 9AM I received nothing. No call, email, nothing. At 10:10AM I emailed Katie and her recruiting manager Kelley Monogue and expressed my concerns about the lack of communication and how I felt completely out of the loop with my application process. I stated I no longer wanted Katie to contact me through her personal phone and that I needed to keep record of our conversations through email. Neither Katie or Kelley responded to my concerns. At 2:30PM today I received a call from Katie and she proceeded to tell me the company went with someone else. I expressed my disappointment as we had agreed to speak this morning about my application process before I authorized her to speak on my behalf about my decision. It felt very spiteful. I voiced my disappointment in her lack of communication, disrespecting my boundaries, and her lack of integrity. Kelley, I hope that you are able to train recruiters that can do the opposite of that. However, I will no longer do business with people like you or your team that sabotage opportunities for the sake of your commission. In conclusion, I told Katie I would no longer like to do business with her and am happy to say I have another opportunity (that I got with out a recruiter from Addison and you can too). My wish is that whoever is reading this will have a better idea of who these people are and that they will be able to develop their own educated decision. I thought Katie Martinez was interested in helping me but by the end of this experience...well Im sure you can guess how I felt :) Best of luck on your job search. You are incredibly capable!
Very poor experience. They do not keep in touch with you after they place you with a temp job, nor do they follow up with your supervisors to see how the fit is. My rep with addison group moved to a different state and did not inform me, I had to randomly call to find out someone else was handling my account. A few weeks later I got an email not to return to work and was never given a fair explanation on why my contract was terminated. Lastly when I asked if my belongings from that job would be collected I was told yes and they were thrown in the trash by Addison group shortly after being recieved because they did not bother to call me to come get my things from their Greenwood Village office, I was told I would not be compensated for the belongings they threw in the trash such as my work blanket and personal desk supplies. Such a terrible feeling knowing that your valued belongings were thrown away without you being notified to come get them.
Out of all of the firms I have worked with.. Addison Group is one of the best & I have to say Danyel is an amazing recruiter! Comparing her to others is like night and day. She seriously rocks and I recommend her to all of my accounting friends. Not only does she have a great personality but she works hard and does not waste your time.
I used Addison groups Greenwood village office to find employment. I asked that they call me about anything they had coming in, wether it was temporary, permanent, or contract to hire. I wanted to expand my chances of seeking full-time employment. They did call and offer me anything they had available. I worked 1 temporary admin postion and then another. The 2nd admin postion which was only supposed to be temporary has turned into contract to hire. They are very communicative and have always helped answer any questions I have about payroll, the companies, the job etc. They have been extremely helpful to me and I am forever grateful. I worked directly with Britnee Fisher and I highly recommend her! :)
Mike Maxwell took the time to get to know me, my personality and my aspirations before finding me literally the perfect job. I feel so incredibly lucky to be working for New Hope Network, and thats solely because of Mikes dedication. Thank you for everything youve done for me!
This company reached out to me in the beginning of July after seeing my resume on zip recruiter and told me they were impressed with my experience and resume and wanted to assist in helping me find a job. I drove 45 mins to their location and was interviewed briefly by Stephanie. Stephanie was professional and nice in person but she told me she would reach out to me within the week and I NEVER heard from her and this is almost 3 months later. I never heard from the lady who also interviewed me and was suppose to help potential job seekers like myself find a job in the medical field. This lady told me I couldnt get a medical receptionist job because I had no experience working with insurance even though I had 6 yrs of experience as an administration assistant for a treatment facility. The positive: I found a job at a local hospital as a medical receptionist, no prob, all on my own.I left this place questioning myself and my capabilities for a second and then quickly got over it. Not to mention, they never reached out to me or called me even when they told me they could give me some advice on my resume and updating it. Extremely disappointed!
This was a bad recruiting experience. I was lied to, purposefully mislead, and when I called them out on it, the recruiter was remorseless. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this joke of a staffing agency.
Addison Group, and in particular Coy Clark took the time and effort trying to find the right fit with their clients. I highly recommend anyone looking for a new position to check out Addison Group since they showed me great professionalism and expertise.
People in this building are rude and like to hang up on people
Terrible communication.
