I had just had a terrible experience with another cell phone repair company and called this wonderful company to help me out. I was skeptical at first because they come to your home to do the repair but it was very convenient and extremely professional. They worked fast and took the time to explain everything to me. These guys were amazing! I literally booked the appointment from the parking lot of uBreakIFix after that company tried to rip me off. Paragon was at my house in less than 2 hours, fixed my screen in 5 minutes and was $205 less than uBreakIFix! They were very professional, arrived in a well marked company car, had clear identification. Phone looks and works like new. Highly recommend them!

They just fixed my phone. The process was extremely quick and transparent. I called around 7:40pm it went to voicemail and I received a text immediately after hanging up. Asked price and if they could come out ASAP(they could). The tech got here at 8:15 by 8:25 the phone was fixed and the tech was on there way out. My husband was very impressed and relieved his phone was working again. The tech was quiet and quick and did a great job. If I ever need my phone fixed again I’ll definitely comeback to this business.

They took my money and said I had threw my phone after they tried fixing it, when I did not! I had to spend my last $70 to get my iPhone 7 fixed! I paid and my phone screen was not repaired! The manager James and the worker Aaron did not help me what so ever! As nice as I was to the worker and I get stabbed in the back!!

I had a wonderful experience with this business. The tech at my home was knowledgeable, kind and friendly. Our iPads were badly damaged from being dropped and then jumped on by a 3 year old. Our tech was patient with the process and got the job done right. If I have a broken screen in the future, this will be the company I use!

WOWWW!!! I am beside myself, this mobile company is amazing! My screen was destroyed, i mean so bad i wasnt sure if they could repair it, from the time i called to the time i had a what looks like a brand new (fixed and working) phone was under an hour, and they came to my work to do it!
