Don was amazing!! He got us all set up with the little carpet cleaner perfect for our apartment! He included the hand tool to clean my furniture! My house hasn’t been this clean in years! Very professional and helpful! He even answered questions once I was home. 10/10 recommend!The purple hibiscus ritz odor smells absolutely wonderful! Amazing products and amazing service! The Owner is very kind and generous, he hooked me up with free cleaning supplies with my rental and taught me how to use the machines himself through a live demo! Definitely coming back and it is certainly worth going to him for both small and large projects.He has a vast knowledge of insider janitorial/cleaning machinery and tools to help you any project, so dont be afraid to ask questions! He will always make time for you, so also dont hesitate to ask for flexibility hours.Also, there are three adorable and kind dogs at the office, worth the trip to see them!

More bang for my buck in the long run. The cleaning chemicals are more costly but way better than what you would find at Target or Walmart. My home always sparkles and smells so clean. Plus, the products last me a few years since they are concentrated.

Don was AMAZING! I was in a pinch and really needed supplies for a job I had that day.. I gave Don a call and he was there to meet me at 7:30 in the morning before the store even opened. I must say, Don truly cares about his customers! Highly recommend!

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Donald was extremely rude and basically cussed me out for asking normal questions. Kept calling me a “mystery shopper” for some weird reason. Doesn’t seem to be completely there. Horrendous way to run a business and treats real customers terribly. He’s extremely demeaning and kept making very aggressive comments when texting. I would never do business with him. Save your time and and every cause it’s only negativity coming from him.

Who doesnt enjoy the experience it is doing business with a guy like Don Phelps. Hes truly one of a kind! He carries items I cannot find elsewhere - although not always priced with the rest of the market in town its always a pleasure doing business with Don and he almost always carries my box of supplies out to my van for me! Great service, good location! Dont be in a hurry, though. Don is too friendly to let anyone just come in, buy and get out. Thats OK...just be prepared for that if youre going to shop here. He is super likable, so youlll want to hang out a bit and chat...its worth the time spent.

Tried to call them at 10:30pm. Definitely not open 24hrs. Rang 1x and there was no one on the other end. No messaging service... Nothing. Another dead end company on Google.

Never have I ever felt the need to write a review... but whoever answered the phone was completely rude and disrespectful. Simply asked to get a price quote on dust mops... because his website didnt have much of any information on it... and he told to go to Amazon and look around...said that it was the stupidest question he had ever heard and abruptly hung up the phone.Terrible customer service, take your business elsewhere.- Called Certified Cleaning Supply and got a quick and easy quote

This place is pretty amazing. Ive been wanting to start a cleaning company for some time now but didnt know what chemicals to use, who to talk to or how to bid. When I came into this store, the guy basically set me up for success. This is the only place I will go for my supplies.
