Kevin was AMAZING! He went above and beyond to accommodate me, and literally saved the day and kept me from being stranded in Denver. Absolute professional, and I couldn’t recommend his Avis/Budget location more. Thank you so much!

Kevin was fantastic and so helpful. We ended up having to trade out our car, and Kevin was understanding and helped us out tremendously. He is in the Sheraton which has been closed due to Covid, but just a quick call to confirm I was in the right place and he came out to greet me. Thank you SO much Kevin!

This Avis/Budget location is the best! Great customer service! Willing to help out. My car is in the shop for transmission services and this place has been helpful the entire time. Glad to be able to rent a car, safety reasons with my daughter I dont feel safe taking public transportation at this time, because of covid-19. If I could I would give them 6 out 5 stars...

We were in the DTC area temporarily for seven months. At first we needed a car on an intermediate basis and Budget always provided what we needed when we wanted it and at a great price. When we needed to rent a car long-term, we switched over to a monthly rental, again at a great price. Ive been a Budget Fastbreak member for a long time, and plan to rent from this location whenever in Denver, no matter what part of town I stay in.

This budget location seems overwhelmed! Customer agent shared with me when I picked up my car on a Friday that they had more reservations than they did cars. The car they gave me was very dirty inside and not what I was expecting. I wanted a smaller car for gas mileage as we were driving long distance. Also, while we had the car the AC stopped working in the middle of New Mexico on way home in 90 + heat!!! Had to pull over and remove cabin filter, it was very dirty. Let car sit to cool off and back on road seemed to work better but not great! Told agent when dropped off and she didnt want to take any responsibility and said that the manager would call me. 3 days not a call yet!! Also, she was only agent working on a Sunday at 9am with a line of customers 5 deep. Again, complained about not having enough cars/people to work the reservations they had. UGh!!

Budget rental in Greenwood Village has the honor and opportunity to have Boots as an employee. He went above and beyond to accommodate me last minute with a rental for my job interview. I got the job, and it was all made possible with Boots’ wonderful customer service and positive attitude. Thank you for awesome car on a short notice!

Kevin, the owner of the location, is fantastic. I had an issue with another budget location and brought my original car to this location to swap out. I went to this location based on it having good reviews. This location deserves 5 stars, fantastic customer service and buttery smooth process to get everything taken care of. You can tell Kevin really cares about you and wants to make sure youre satisfied.Couldnt be happier and look forward to dropping my car off here knowing Kevin will be there to take care of it.

Rented a car for a more spacious vehicle while family was in town. The Agency Operator, Kevin Gatewood, was so personable, helpful, and quick to get a car leased to us and out on the road. I would recommend Kevin and this Avis/Budget location to anyone looking rent a car near the Denver Tech Center.

The counter is tucked into a corner of the hotel lobby. Signs werent great (not sure I saw any outside the building) but it wasnt too hard to find. Service was fine (though computer system was a bit slow and buggy when trying to pick up the car), and prices were much better than at the airport. Definitely recommend using a location like this if your travel plans allow for it.

Reserved a minivan and not only did they not have that but they didnt have any 7 seaters at all nor did they have any idea how to get me one. In fact they told me there were no 7 seaters in the whole city which turned out to be a blatant lie. I eventually found one at a different location no E470 I mean...you get what you pay for but I was a bit disappointed.

Budgets IVR system is absolutely terrible. It provides absolutely no other information than what Google shows. The number they gave me for the location was the same number that dragged me through an incredibly obnoxious flow that led me nowhere.

So I made my reservation 2 weeks in advance through the National Reservation Center. The reservation center was clever enough to schedule my pick up when the local Budget Car Rental, 7007 S Clinton St, Greenwood Village, CO 80112 was closed. This company wouldnt even offer me a pick up for the same evening just said sorry for your luck

For it being my first time renting ever, I had the worst experience of my life!!! I will NOT use their services again!!! This company lacks integrity.

Got there at 8 am to pick up car the girl at counter locked herself out of the system and needs boss to reset .. called boss for another customer but didnt have him unlock her so we waited over an hour an was still charged same amount because the girl working counter is incompetent
