Highest recommendation. Scott is conscientious and caring. He took the time to speak w/ us regarding our specific insurance needs. Rather than fit us to a policy, he designed policies for us. He explained all of our options and answered all our questions. He provided understandable insurance advice without pressure or a sales process. He makes appropriate use of technology without hiding behind it. Scott is a fantastic agent.

Let me first say I am not a fan of insurance. Of any kind!! I consider it only necessary because the powers that be make it so. In many ways I think all insurance companies by their very nature perform a service that, while needed, are my least favorite form of commerce. This particular insurance company Allstate, and this local Denver outfit has very good customer service that is friendly. They present the options to you in a good way, and are good at dealing with issues that inevitably arise. So I give Scott and his very fine employees a four star rating. The only thing that keeps me from switching to a different company is their personal service. I am not a fan of Allstate but remain on their plan now for 30 years because of their personal service and genuine personalities that I respect. So to be more clear I will give five stars to this particular branch, and give Allstate perhaps three stars overall.

They are happy to accept your premiums, but they will not be your advocate in dealing with corporate. The hailstorm destroyed much of our property, but they refused to cover most of the obviously damaged things... the most shocking of which was a shattered weather station. And Scott Allmons office doesnt even return emails requesting assistance. Stay away!

Scotts office has always been helpful and responsive when we had questions or needed proof of insurance for car registration on new vehicles. I would recommend them highly.

I have been with this Allstate agency since 2002 and would never change to another. Not only are they professional and ready to assist me on any of my concerns, but they always respond to my silliest requests...like when I forget to take proof of insurance when getting my license plates renewed. I can’t count how many times I have called while in line and the either faxed or emailed my proof of insurance.It’s the little things that count.

Fortunately havent required the use of claim service, but the price is right for motorcycles.
