Maybe they are good on installation but try to reach them when you need window repair. They never call back. I did call 3 times. When you reach them, some one taking your name and phone number and that about it. I spend a lot of money on a window installation and do not deserve this treatment.

I was very fortunate to find First Choice. Randy is a pleasure to work with! What an amazing experience from beginning to end. He replaced 16 windows and a patio door at my house. His crew are highly skilled, hard working, and respectful of your home. When they finish for the day, the rooms look like they weren’t even there. They will put back the furniture and rugs, hang the drapes back up, and vacuum. Randy was always available and responded to every single question or request. He promised me a painless project, and he delivered. Frankly, had I known it was going to be this easy, I would have done it a year ago. Thank you so much Randy and crew for my beautiful new windows. Highly recommended.

New to the area, we were fortunate to have had Randy Leeds /First Choice recommended to us to manage construction/remodeling projects on our 1912 house. All Randys teams are excellent craftsmen from carpenters, plumbers, electricians, cabinetmakers, painters and masons. When appropriate, he engaged an architect. Randy replaced 52 windows with state of the art Pella windows specific to coastal applications. He managed he total redesign/reconfiguration of the entire second level -enlarged the master bedroom with a Juliette balcony, built a dressing room and two complete full bathrooms.He oversaw the installation of an elevator, building it within dedicated addition.He replaced all the extensive decking around the house as well as the exterior stairs. Randy managed the replacement of the entire heating and air conditioning systems. We highly recommend Randy Leeds because he delivers a top quality job and because he is honest and caring . We always feel that he works in our best interest.

I would give them no stars if I could.The install went well but a few years later we had brown spots inside the windows which we were told is covered by our warranty(and by law) and on one of the windows its track snapped and doesnt stay open. We have been trying to get them to come out and fix these issues for over 2 years and they have not even set a date. Ever time we call we get some kind of excuse. They (Randy) has been nice on the phone but to get him to commit to do anything he never does. We have sent him all the pictures of the windows he has asked for but still never follows thru. Have left several messages along with actually spoken to him in person several times and he still doesnt set up a date only gives us more excuses.I would not use them as they do not follow thru with their warranty and terms.It pains me to write a negative review however, we would like our windows fixed and feel after 2 yrs we have been more than patient.If this propels them to take some action I will come back and let you know.Update 11/18/20: As of this writing they have come out to measure our windows. We are waiting for them to be installed once they have the windows. We are moving forward and hoping to see good results soon. Will follow up and change our review as this gets remedied. They are trying so we upped the stars

I used First Choice, Randy and his team, to do a major renovation of my 1885 Victorian home. They replaced two windows but did a beautiful job on every facet of the renovation which included taking down walls, adding a structural beam, tiling, carpentry, millwork etc. They even replicated old moldings to make the new area look seamless. Their crews were delightful even singing church songs one day while they worked!! I enjoyed the experience which is not what most people say after a renovation. Best of all my house looks and lives better than expected. My friends were all blown away by how it looked after all the work! We could not be happier and highly recommend First Choice for not only windows but for renovation work!!!!!

Randy’s guys are terrific! My job involved many different elements: redesign of a portion of the roof outline, replacement of rotted rough cedar siding, a new Marvin glass door and window, new deck, new roof and a complete paint job. I’m a nervous Nelly and worry about every detail, but every problem found a practically immediate solution; it was the least anxiety-producing renovation I’ve experienced combined with the most satisfying results! Much faster than I’d anticipated, and they stayed within the original bid - what’s not to like? I will only hire Randy and his people for future work (living room is next). Beverly Butler, Weston

My husband called and made an appointment about a week ago for today at 10am. He also called them yesterday to confirm the appmt and was told someone will call back - no one did. This morning we called them twice since no one showed up at 10am. I made the second call around 11:15 am and was assured someone will call us to let us know when they would arrive. Guess what? No one called. A courtesy call would have been nice and professional.Not sure if calling First Choice Windows would be a choice at all.Liz CH

Horrible company. They sold windows that are defective. The Windows came with a warranty etc. And they stil have not replaced them. Many calls are met with apologies and thats about it.

Randy who claims to be the owner of this establishment is the worst person I have ever encountered in my life. He used the most foul language I have ever heard while yelling at me on the phone after he missed 3 appointments with me.The only person in his organization that was a pleasure to deal with was his office person Rachel and he refuses to allow me to speak with her any further and I will not do business with a company that treats people the way he does.If I could give a lower rating I would.

I had 1stCW over after 2 of their competitors. They were 5 bucks more per window but installed 3 WEEKs faster!!! The installation guys were fast and efficient. They cleaned up after the job and hauled away all the old windows. I was really happy with the job and noticed the difference this winter. Thanks for a job well done!

My husband and I were eagerly awaiting someone to come give us an estimate for replacement windows. We set up a time to get an estimate and called to confirm the appointment the day before. The following day, we both took time off to meet with them. When they were late, we called to find out the status only to be told that they dont even service our area! Completely unprofessional and inconsiderate.
