It’s one of the best U-Haul experience I’ve had

This was a horrible, demeaning experience. I rented from them a couple times and the employee in charge was hostile verging on abusive, sneaky and grossly unprofessional. The truck (in this time of Covid) was FILTHY with a rotted banana peel the employee was aware of. Will travel further to deal with professionals.

I have very bad experience with the Spanish man who assisted last December 27 I picked up at 2:30.pmno matter very rude.Never hand the key and assist me where is the van outside there’s couple of van out what I need is he has to come out and show me the van as Kevin did to me the passed.Spanish man was busy focusing on his IPhone.

Ive been renting hauls for several years and this franchise owner was the most unprofessional and rude person I have ever dealt with. if you want to be treated like a valued customer I would go anywhere else but this place. If I were uhaul corporate I would revoke your franchise license.

So they tell me that the trucks are in the storage on highland ave in portchester then when I call port chester the girl sends me back to this number now one picks up so the answering picks up and I leave a message...ps the machine cut me off. ..... no one returns my call so I called pensky they h a ve the truck and for less money
