Ive dealt with numerous agents in this firm. Every single one of them has been extremely ethically challenged and unprofessional..using expired bids against new buyers, bids that came from within their agency are considered before bids from outside the agency, etc. Personally I had offers on two different houses they listed which they accepted notably less money than I offered in a timely way. On one of them a neighbor friend asked the seller if they ever even received my bid and the answer was no! But HL closed both sides of the deal. One of their agents even showed up at our inspection (uninvited) in her robe, slippers and hair rollers to hurry us out of there so she could show someone else the house when we had an accepted offer! Zero stars, one is too generous.
