Loyalty Fitness has been there for me at very important moments. First prehab for a knee replacement, then rehab afterward. Most recently, the weight loss challenge kicked me into gear after New Year’s. The workouts, encouragement, and accountability have made the difference. Going from XL to L feels as good as it looks. Winning the challenge is very satisfying and knowing LF is there to support me in my future weight loss is key.
I came to Loyalty with a chronic case of tennis elbow. My chiropractor said I needed to get stronger. Luckily I was able to keep working on my fitness during the pandemic, first virtually with Che, one of Loyalty’s excellent trainers, and now back in the gym since its reopening. Che is incredibly knowledgeable and supportive. He’s completely rehabilitated my elbow and I’ve doubled what I can do on some of the machines. Safety concerns? None. I wait in the car until he texts me that he has completely sanitized the gym since his last client. He wears a mask during our session, and there is only ever one client in the gym at a time. These are really stressful times and being able to go to the gym and play tennis again has been a lifesaver.
I have been working out at Loyalty Fitness for over a year now, and I love every minute of my SuperSlow Strength Training sessions. It is the most efficient and effective way to exercise and stay fit. The trainers that I have worked with, Mindy, Jean and Ché are excellent! Now, I am able to go on long, challenging hikes without any knee pain, something I was unable to do for a long time. Super slow strength training has been great for me. No injuries, and notable results in muscle strength and my ability to push myself. All the trainers are also very attuned to each person’s needs and I was able to continue going twice a week even during chemo because the program is so customized. I miss my twice weekly sessions and can’t wait for the studio to reopen after the COVID crisis passes.
I have been a member for the last 3 years and can honestly say this have been the best workout for my busy days - 30 minutes of full body routine. Even with only a weekly 30 minute slow strength training routine, I had the benefit of strength gain but one huge benefit was posture improvement. I have been working out for a while and thought I knew about strength training, I was wrong. Loyalty Fitness taught me an entirely new way to train. The super slow method was brand new to me, but the trainers are super knowledgeable and encouraging. I could feel the difference in my first session. I have been doing slow system strength training for years: gradually moving intense weight to build muscle tone, endurance, and stamina. When my trainer moved away, I tried Loyalty Fitness. Its terrific! All of the trainers are skilled in crafting individualized programs, the schedule is flexible, and the 30-minute sessions are highly productive. Its a great way to fight the natural effects of aging!

I’ve been a client for over a year. And with a toddler and a job this has been my only fitness commitment I’ve been able to stick to. It’s something I look forward to the most every week. I love the trainers and the vibe there. It has helped me stay in shape and motivated - even when life gets crazy and I go for a week or more without ANY physical activity.Even though the workout is consistent and you know exactly what to expect the trainers manage to challenge my body. A few days ago I worked out with Ronelle and today my muscles are sore (in an awesome way - as if I had gone surfing or some other workout I never do.)I also really appreciate that they have been very flexible with scheduling and we’re able to find a different slot after I canceled on a short notice.Loyalty Fitness makes me strong and sparkle!

I’m eighty-one years old and still interested in staying fit, but I became fed up after getting too many injuries working out the conventional way at a local fitness facility. Then, a friend told me about the SuperSlow strength training method. I read everything I could find on the subject and concluded that the method just makes such perfect sense!I used to spend two-and-a-half hours, two or three times a week working out, but now I am getting much better results working out 30 minutes a day, twice a week with Loyalty Fitness. I just laughed when I read about a person who was highly praised for his commitment to physical fitness by spending an enormous amount of time working out. Love it! They are amazing. I wasnt able to move after I went to Physical Therapy. I feel stronger and able to do things I couldnt do before. The one on one training is great! Jean, Mindy & Ryan are wonderful!!
